    The major force driving the development of Western Civilization was and is the search for truth. A search of the highest value, a sacred quest. The spoken word, the logos, made order of chaos at the beginning of time. Being itself, being in the world and discovering the meaning thereof. It causes us to wander.

    Our belief is: It is the truth that sets you free. Thus it is our duty to accept such such a quest. Discovered moral truths and the discipline required, enables us to live as a free people.

    So search and explore the world, the universe, discover it. We’re driven by our theme. The unexplored in ancient maps where the scary parts, “the here be dragons” label was enough to scare off the timid. Taking up the challenge to create order out of the unknown.

    The pioneers, we used to celebrate their courage. We took from them inspiration to explore the frontiers, now the frontiers of space, of the human mind(truly scary), of the universe, the processes of the sub-atomic, even of Being, itself.

    In a Common-Law court of law, two lawyers are required to present the best arguments for the prosecution and for the defense as possible, both are sworn officers of the court.

    Due process and Natural Justice set a high standard, as evidence is tested, debated, compared and contrasted. The two sides, while required to give a vigorous effort, but not allowed to “bear false witness against thy neighbour”.

    Remember that is was a motion for Discovery, the required disclosure of the relevant facts possessed by the Crown Prosecution office to the defense council that discredited the same Trudeau Liberals and lackeys.

    This so evidence can be weighed on the Scales of Justice. The lady holding the scale is blindfolded, because it is not the identity (e.i. group) of the accused that determines the verdict, a word derived from the Latin veritas meaning truth, but it is the weight (amount and credibility thereof) by which a verdict is to be based. The process is a serious one for which the sacred task is determining the truth.

    Think of the Scientific Method, as a similarly high minded goal via an open and critical analysis of the facts, again the weight of evidence, competing hypotheses are tested. The one that best explains the facts, that is reliable in it’s ability to predict the question at hand wins. Truth is the highest value.

    Free speech, free written speech is the method we use to think, both within our own minds and in the free interplay and testing of ideas. Without that freedom, our ability to think is impossible, our mind becomes blinded by ideology. That, of course, is the highest goal of the totalitarianism on which Cultural Marxism and identity groups politics is based.

    It is the best and brightest minds that light the way forward. Instead of cursing the darkness (as being oppressive), we light the torch on the path to human freedom.

    Totalitarianism fears intelligence, fears where the pursuit of truth may lead and suppresses, even kills off it’s best and brightest minds, so it’s society can remain ignorant and in darkness.

    This practice over time, degrades the productivity, and reduces the percentage of higher I.Q. people, ensuring a survival of the less fit. This is what makes the 3rd world the 3rd world. This is why the massive U.S.S.R. had a abysmally low GNP compared to the U.S. of A. and what we call the Free World.

    In the pursuit of the truth with free speech, whether spoken or written, it is the better ideas that live and worse/bad ones that die. Without free speech, under censorship, we return to the pre-enlightenment, dark side. One where people die instead of ideas.

    Both Cult. Marxism and political Islam(Sharia), the two current threats to Western Civilization, endorse the law of blasphemy. They both deny the very idea of truth, of a free people, with free will accepting the struggle of taking personal responsibility for their lives.

    It is their determinism, that makes them so resentful about the hardships and disappointments in life. The resentment about the success of others leads ultimately to murder e.i. Cain and Abel, genocide against the infidels(e.i Armenian Christians, Kulaks, Jews, the educated, and as both the USSR and Mao’s Cultural Revolution did, they target the most intelligent, the most educated, the most successful. Driving the Christians out of the public space, of what remains of Christendom, is the war, the 21st Cent. genocide

    Hence, why the Marxists, Cultural and otherwise, are always one more murder away from utopia.

    The Trudeau government claims their target is to outlaw “hate”, but their real target is to outlaw the truth !

    Declaring the truth to be “hate”, to be blasphemy, that has a long and lethal history in human affairs.

      1. That “correction” was going on for at least 40 years. I sat through many Sunday sermons in which “liberation theology” was preached. That ideology was little more than ecclesiastical communism which, if it didn’t disparage all that was good and noble about the west, was apologizing that the west even existed in the first place.

        All that was missing was the zeroth commandment: thou shalt not be born white.

      That is a mouthful…but in truth both lawyers are liars & collude… Sharing the defendants information and conceding arguments between themselves….It’s a game played on a naive society…BOTH lawyers really represent themselves (officers of the Court) … The 10 million awarded without a Court Judgement was because the Canadian Lawyers where caught providing privileged ( Privileged is Not True) statements to the USA Prosecutors, who used that information to convict the terrorist…..The difference between Constitution Rights & the real world of legal corruption

I would like to think that it is the last gasp of a dying regime, but I am confident that this fall will be a full court press by those that would seek to enslave and silence us for the sake of their own sick and perverse wants.
    Even if, by some miracle, Le Dauphin loses in the next election, will Joe Two reverse any of it? Will he reverse the requirement to fellate any native that we meet that is now being placed in the citizenship oath?
    This is just yet another example of how corrupt and worthless this country has become.
    My guess is that the east will vote once again in favour of their welfare payment. Perhaps then, we in the West that truly value freedom, justice and equality will fortify ourselves to do what is right

  24. I would remove the immunity of the Human (non) Rights Tribunal from prosecutions due to their actions.

    If they deny someone a real right in-numerated in our constitution in favour a non-right right percieved in their own mind, then they should be held legally responsible.

    If they drag someone through the process to punish someone not guilty of a real infraction, they (the tribunal member) should be held financially responsible.

    I wonder if this would clean up these star chambers.

  27. Ironically, the parallel Ontario initiative (think it is Bill 84) has the stated aim of curtailing anti-Zionist, anti-Israeli demonstrations at Queens Park. So through that open door, a number of more sinister results will stampede, if they allow it.

    As to Section 13 or something similar coming back into force, this is an inevitable second round of a fight that will not end for a long time if the radical left holds on to its widespread power bases in our society. The Liberal Party is just responding to a market that would shift easily to the NDP if the Liberals refused to service it. We are going to have to keep vigilant and continue to fight these socialist impulses to control speech. The arguments will change but the impulse will not change. When your arguments are as weak as the left’s arguments, you pretty much need some sort of force to prevail in the court of public opinion.

    And the arguments of the left that are so weak? How about these … accept any religion as equal to our Judeo-Christian foundation, ignoring what they tell their adherents in plain sight or perhaps behind closed doors. … accept any new gender we define before lunch as valid by lunch time, or face some sort of inquisition, no questions are permitted and the conduct of said gender is irrelevant … pay a lot more for hydro and fuel, then our guilt for wrecking the climate will be partially assuaged, even though the climate won’t be expected to change, partly because we have no idea what it should be without us here.

    And a good portion of the electorate are quite ready to sign on to these and other equally insane propositions, because Teachers Say It is True, and that’s good enough for these No Information Voters (Low Information? that’s almost an elite now).

    I suppose the fight will continue on many fronts. Don’t lose energy, hope or courage. Because if you do, you bring slavery one step closer. And watch for the boundaries. Right now, as mentioned above, the boundaries are closer to SDA than previously. There’s a major push on to sink the Marc Lemire battleship, has been for years, but they want to bring that about to push boundaries closer and closer to mainstream conservatism. Once they fully stigmatize even the tepid forms of the CPC, the one party state more or less exists de facto, if they can ever figure out how to share their power among three parties claiming the mantle. A cynic would say that with Scheer in power, that’s more like four parties. Whatever, the real socialists don’t want any part-timers or wavering dilettantes cutting into their vote. And the idea that “moderates” will vote CPC if they sound just like the Liberals is a worthless con.
