I’ve covered politics for a living for a long time. The worst violence I’ve seen, all of the violence that I’ve personally covered, has been from the left.
I don’t recall left wing politicians being blamed for those riots. I don’t remember Bernie Sanders being blamed for Steve Scalise being shot.
Yet now, once again, the media has an easy target. Blame the right.
It most definitely is Trump’s fault because he stole the election from Hillary “It’s My Turn” Clinton and, therefore, is illegally living in the White House…. or so the “Resistance” tries to have everyone believe.
This is what happens when one side refuses to accept the results of an election.
Some (fake?) gunman went on a rampage in a Trump hotel. That’s Trump’s fault too, for existing. If he would just lose.

Sending multiple bombs that will never reach their targets is an ineffective way to kill former presidents, vice-presidents, cabinet secretaries and movie stars …but it’s such an ingenious way to “hijack the debate” that you’d almost think that was its purpose.
Me thinks there is collusion here to influence the US election!

I think that you are right with the content of every paragraph, as is what BA says above. This non acceptance of Trump and Hillary’s rightful mantel of POTUS has been nonstop since Trump announced his candidacy for the Republican nominee.
Brian is also right about the left going out of its way to blame the right for all of the unrest no matter who perpetrates it.
Make no mistake, the radical left is extremely upset that its timetable for “fundamental change” was upset with Trumps victory and these phony bombs are just the latest skirmish.
No matter who wins the midterms this will end in serious bloodshed. The only question is when. A hundred years of leftist operational strategy shows this.
Whoever did it, it’s obvious they are complete amateurs that haven’t a clue what they are doing.
If they wanted to actually take out one of those presumed targets, using this method won’t be successful.

The left motivates its base. Democrats survive by bending to their radical fringe to ensure all those identity politics clients and thuggish loons feel like they have a home in the Democrat plantation. Mrs. Clinton would no more want to live amongst her radical base (Obama included had he not been granted the affirmative action Presidency) than Donald Trump would. Thus, the unhinged behavior, feigned outrage (over fake bombs this week), hypocrisy, self described socialists, anti-free speech, thug-enabling, lawless immigration advocacy, all choreographed along with their in house dancing monkeys masquerading as the media. In two weeks we’ll know if this strategy works in the mid-terms.
Contrast this with the squeaky clean, media suck-ups of the CPC. A popular former rival that should have been considered a leadership lieutenant humiliated for having the principled gall to question the Party’s selling out to Dairy Lobbyists, or, banning the only independent and conservative media from their convention. Their message to the base is to be a centrist squish or shut up because we will win on being “better” than the other guys who are incompetent. The GOP tried this with Mitt Romney and it didn’t turn out well.
Given the number of recipients — Soros, Clintons, Obamas, Brennan, Waters, Wasserman, Biden, DeNiro — will a new hashtag emerge? #metoo2. Those Dem luminaries who have yet to receive one must feel left out.

That’s because left-wing murder squads have always been better funded, better organized, better trained—usually with money that can be traced back to funds stolen from workers and taxpayers—and better able to count on the co-operation of their sympathizers within the Deep State.
The poor souls who triy to fight back against the left when their government will not are usually on their own. Occasionally a rank-and-file policeman or soldier will do what he could for them, understanding that they are doing the work his superiors refuse to let him do. That only partly counteracts the damage done by infiltrators and informants.
Put it this way—if Wile E. Coyote really were a patriot, he’d have been apprehended long before he got near George Soros’ front door.
