Those are Lethbridge Police. They are the same people who made news around the world for their high risk take down of an Imperial Stormtrooper. Apparently they aren’t blessed with a surplus of brains. Don’t count on the charges sticking after a prosecutor gets ahold of them. “You arrested her for WHAT?” I’m still waiting for Danielle Smith to appoint a new board for Lethbridge University as they have been such assholes lately.

Can’t help but notice all the street level retail space all boarded up. Took a walk on Queen East from Bay to Sherbourne the other day, same thing. 40 years ago it was bustling with shops and restaurants.

As her security detail does… I think I should be permitted to conceal carry as well for those occasions I’m in the downtown core area (or the grocery store, or a cafe) and feel the need to “always have a plan” …
