    1. Robert of Ottawa: How about we phase out Just in Tru groper. VOTE OUT THE LIE-BRALS IN 2019!! VOTE TRUDEAU IN 2019!!

  1. Scott Moe is sending Saskatchewan fire fighters to help BC.

On one side, we have a premier and a PM who will use any and all means, legal or otherwise, to stop pipelines.

On the other side we have a premier (Moe) who will not use any tactic that might offend or hurt anybody. A premier (Notely) who for 50 years protested pipelines and likely still does privately.

Which side are you going to bet on?

    1. When the fires hit, you send in reinforcements. Serious differences don’t matter when it’s a crisis like this. And, besides, the parts of BC that are burning up tend to be pro-pipeline. The real resistance comes from the lower mainland where the loonies reside.

  2. “Projects approved & supported by our gov’t are creating thousands of jobs”

And without Liberal support we would have created 10s of thousands of jobs.

    1. Amarjeet
The amount of hot air spewed by the Liberals and NDP while talking about pipeline jobs has raised the temperature of the planet by two degrees!
      a) Kinder Morgan twin pipeline has not started real construction in BC.
      b) Keystone pipeline has not started real construction. Since the state of Nebraska pulled a fast one by ok’ing an alternative route, the court cases have just started. This was a deliberate design by Nebraska.
      c) the only jobs created are in the spin business for liberal and ndp hot air.

  3. We have lost the pipeline war. It is over.

There may be some battles that are still being fought; but under Wall and Moe and Harper and Trudeau and Notely and Coderre… the war is over and we lost it.

    1. I see you lumped harper in the group.

anybody know why he is the hard right’s hero if he sits on his thumbs when the pipeline issue comes up?
      and the CBC issue?
      and the prorogue issue?
      and lots of other issues?

      1. What are you trying to say? under harper, the pipelines were in the process of getting approvals…which ended “because its 2015″….PM Socks is in charge now, in case u didnt know

    2. The Conservatives should run the next federal election on an aggressive platform of resource development, pipeline and all. And do not take a “middle road” to attract lefties and enviro-Nazis; they will never vote for you anyway.

      1. “The Conservatives should run the next federal election on an aggressive platform ….”

THESE Conservatives? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha……. Stop, you’re killing me!

Come hear the sad story of young Andy Scheer
Got caught in the headlights like a road-crossing deer
He quivered, he shivered, he crapped, and he prayed
Then true to his colours he just ran away

        1. I can hear Flatt and Scruggs in the background, and Jerry Scoggins on vocals! You’ve penned a Canadian classic.

        2. It’s a huge problem.

Scheer is marginally better than Trudeau, so really, I should vote for him and his.

But I can’t bring myself to do that. Scheer is a gutless, corrupt, Quebec milk swilling bastard. He’s almost certainly a left mole burrowing into conservative guts.

          Aaaargh, let it burn.

          1. Im with you on that…. scheer = Gutless Sleazy Pinko WANKER

Theres only one politician I have full faith and trust in and that’s Maxime Bernier. Not even Jason Kenney comes close…as evidenced by Todd Beaselys removal as a Candidate in S. Alberta due to commentary similar to what Max put out.

THAT shit ANGERS me large…Damnit..!, we desperately need Politicians that don’t give a damn about Political Correctness, ones who tell it like it is….not BS Islamic ASS kissers or Defendants of Soviet Style Marketing Boards.

It MUST be the VOTERS who decide who they want representing them…not same PC Asshat in a Committee.

And that my friends is a big problem in this county. As for Todd I truly hope he runs as an independant and blows their selected Candidate out of the wheat field.

      2. The first thing the conservatives need to do is pick a leader. Those who think they have one, might be Liberals.

      3. With Scheer in charge you have to be kidding, this guy is doing his best to appear as the invisible man,and he is doing it succssefuly . This fool has to go or we get Justine for at least four more years., wake up people and get Bernier to replace Turdeau lite!

        1. this guy is doing his best to appear as the invisible man,and he is doing it succssefuly

Andrew Scheep: the CPC’s version of Jeff Sessions.

    3. Kevin: Unless we can get rid of the Lie-bral gov’t and the useless tool Just in Tru-groper. The Cons are for the pipeline we just need the RCMP to do their job to get rid of the protesters!! VOTE OUT THE LIE-BRALS IN 2019!! VOTE OUT THE LIE-BRALS IN 2019!! MAKE ALBERTA GREAT AGAIN!

  4. 1. if the gov’t truly wanted to pipe oil, The east pipe would be already working, and the BC line would be getting built. The east one alone would have spun up 10,000 refining jobs in Montreal alone, I guess Quebec’ers don’t like work.
    2. if we are getting 50 cents on the dollar just stop selling it FFS…
    3. yet the gov’t can get new holidays in place, change the national anthem and piss off our largest trading partner.
    4. yet we let these eco fanatic provinces continue to pump raw crap into the water ways and oceans WTF. Fine the shit out of Montreal, Victoria, and whomever else is not fixing this issue. if it was oil, someone would be getting fined.
    5. Who the hell do they think pays for all the social program crap in Quebec and Ontario? Our resource industries and the spin off revenues. Getting a little tired of paying for more extensive social programs in other provinces, that I can’t access.
    6. this government has by far been the most useless bunch of wasted space and time I have ever seen. I have lived thru Campbell, Turner and Clarke.

      1. Actually no. You’d be paying a lot more for gasoline, though. They wouldn’t be a part of Canada at a minimum.

  5. ….If I understand correctly- based on what PM said- Canada has only ONE costumer for its oil. Why then. there is a pipeline under construction going East? Am I wrong about this?

    1. Wrong – at least in Canada – Poolboy added so much red tape it was cancelled.
In the US there’s one soon to be built (replacement) to Duluth on Lake Superior.

  6. Hmmm…so, increasing the regulatory burden on Canadian energy industries, canceling pipelines and hobbling Canadian energy companies with new taxes that foreign competitors won’t have to pay is considered “support”. If that’s what Liberals consider support then ffs *Please Stop Helping*.

These cynical declarations of “support” by Liberals are purely done to soothe voters in central and eastern Canada who know nothing about the energy industry but have a vague sense of unease that their cash cow is being slaughtered.

  7. It’s obvious that the Liberal policies towards western Canada’s oil and gas industry is its version of Room 101 for that region, particularly for Alberta. The objective is to break us and to make us docile and forever subservient and submissive to Quebec.

PET’s dream will at last be fulfilled.

  8. Trump should insist that the entitled noble Turd™ appoint Stephen Harper as his Chief Negotiator on NAFTA immediately.

    1. LosDeplorables: Heaven forbid Just in Tru-groper wouldn’t do that…he is an OBUMMER MAN….destroy CANADA just like OBUMMER tried to destroy USA.

  9. – And my only question would be, what’s Andrew Scheer saying to voters and the Press to refute this propagantastic Liberal garbage?

    – Oh – err, nothing… well, thanks for clearing that up…

    1. Andrew Scheer will make a great Prime Minister because he is NOT Justin Trudeau. Just as Churchill was a great PM because he wasn’t Chamberlain, and Whatsisname was a great Fuhrer because he wasn’t Hindenburg.

Yep. What a choice we have going to the polls in 2019. And Jagmeet, who promises to give everything to everybody who needs it may not even have a seat in parliament come 2019!

Let us hope the good folks of Burnaby remember the great Svend Robinson, and vote for the parachutist. I expect my politicians to lie, but I prefer BIG lies and maximum seduction.

      1. don morris: We have to get rid of the LIE-BRAL gov’t in 2019 due to fact that when the Kenney party takes over after Notley has destroyed Alberta. There will be the LIE-BRAL gov’t to deal with…as the gov’t owns Trans Mountain. My thoughts are the LIE-BRALS will not let the oil flow anywhere…they have ALBERTA by the B@LLS. TRU-GROPER IS A VINDICTIVE PERSON AND HATES ALBERTA JUST LIKE HIS DAD PIERRE!!! VOTE OUT THE LIE-BRALS IN 2019! VOTE OUT THE LIE-BRALS IN 2019!! LET’S MAKE CANADA GREAT AGAIN!!!

  10. Yes, get all of the oil out of the country; to make room for Saudi oil.

Now watch the pendulum swing: pipelines, refineries, nuclear energy.

When I snap my fingers you will finally realize that selling crude at a $27/bbl discount doesn’t actually make more economic sense than buying SA sweet crude at a $4/bbl discount to Alberta crude.

Plus we control our resource to unit our nation around common goals.

Plus we control the environmental impact and call export what we don’t need.

Or we could pipelines and ban coal exports to save the world, to show leadership by crushing our economy.

You are getting sleepy ….. sunny days await …. the new non productive economy… make the rich doctors pay …

From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs. The people’s revolution.

Say that’s catchy, what Liberal Canadians want; are there any other kind eh?

    1. … but but but … what price $ are you willing pay … to “save the planet”? If you aren’t willing to pay $$$$$$$ everything you’ve got … then you are “immoral” … and should be sent to a Hudson Bay re-education camp and given a communal shower.

  11. Gerald Butts, take a bow, the LEAP manifesto is now Canada’s energy strategy.

    1. Beer and popcorn: How many people have read the “The LEAP manifesto”. I suggest everyone should read it…all you have to do is google it. It shows a progressive carbon tax, cuts to military spending. It’s all based on a simple “polluter pays” principle and that holds enormous promise! Naomi Klein, Avi Lewis and Stephen Lewis all NDP. This is the agenda of the NDP but the LIE-BRALS have picked it up and have gone to the FAR LEFT!! This will destroy the Canada you know. VOTE OUT THE LIE-BRALS IN 2019!! VOTE OUT THE LIE-BRALS IN 2019!!

  12. Hey!!! Bc is sending alberta all the smoke from the forrest fires. What more do they want?

      1. No, we sue them for the pollution they’re causing because of years of forest mismanagement. Even the Indians knew it was not bright to let a lot of debris build up on the forest floors, and they would deliberately start fires to clean said debris and underbrush out. Also, in some areas, to provide better grazing for the ungulates whom they hunted.

  13. Who the phuck in Edmonton voted for this ass-clown of a Kunting Liberal? Tough titties for you idiot sticks.
Boy Blunder doesn’t even realize that George Backdoor Butts does not care about this country, about its environment or about the economy or the unemployed. He only cares about political power and he never has to face the nation or the voter. He’s a serious neo-Marxist.

    1. I will echo your comments. An Eco-Nazi and one who has stated he would prefer a planet of 1Billion souls ONLY…preferrably the “correct” type of course. The architct of McGuintys Green energy plan – the one designed to create Energy Poverty…New Marxist..?? Nah, I would take it much further than that – Gerald Butts is Full on Communist.

This POS should end up on a Meat Hook…IMO only of course

  14. The Liberanos with Trudeau at the helm and the NDP govts of Alberta and BC are lacking wisdom, knowledge and foresight required to run a country for the benefit of all.
They should be given the job they are most adept at. Opposition Party.
There they can snipe at the leaders and make up their bullshit, Pollyanna world views and fantasy solutions without any checks and balances.
October 21, 2019 cant come soon enough

    1. I can’t help thinking every day is Dumb As Shit Day. I just watch and read too much “news.”

      1. True … every day is DASD … however … there is an occasional harmonic convergence when Howe-Idiotic-bop Comet passes close to the Dark side of Stupidity-moon … and the rising Tides Foundation inundates the Northern attitudes. Which, of course, never happened before “Global Warming”

  15. Canada was an experiment in the stairway to Communism . Canadians were just Lab rats and after total failure what do you do with the now useless rats?….Ship has sailed without you

    1. Yes, the Liberals’ PET project was to confirm our civil law from English common law of bottom up jurisprudence to the civic Rousseauian top down model. This is where liberalism departs to statism/progressivism/socialism.

Has the experiment succeeded or failed? It depends on who you ask.

  16. Does Amerjeet Sohi think that Canadians have never heard of Archbishop Butts? His Government has done everything possible to invalidate everything he tweeted out. Are Edmontonians that stupid to fall for it? Yes of course they are, they voted for him and the Spawn.

  17. Does he actually believe what he just tweeted???
2 choices… either he believes what he wrote, in which case he is terminally stupid, or he knows it is obvious lies and propaganda decreed by his political masters, in which case he is indescribably immoral.
With no respect for his minions…errr…constituents.

      1. He is an amoral person for whom lies, fake policy and bum shuffling are natural oarts of life. Does he have dual citizenshp?

    1. I’ll take option #2.
However even tho he is a Liberal the combination is not impossible.
For it is possible to be terminally stupid while knowing you are lying, look at our current Prime Minister.

  18. BTW, where are the specifics? Where are those “thousands of jobs” exactly? If a conservative had made such a broad claim, the MSM would be all over it, demanding proof.

    1. The Ring of Fire. Those mines are in production. Check.
The Keystone Pipeline. The expanded oil pipeline is in production. Check.
      Energy East. In Production. Check.
The LNG terminals in B.C. in production. Check.

    1. Since when did the Liberals want to build the economy?

Remember how Clown Prince Dummkopf said that his government will build the economy from the you-know-what outwards? Of course, he didn’t say which era in human history that economy was supposed to emulate. The way he’s going about it, he probably had the Neolithic period in mind for Alberta.

        1. Do that and his supporters would claim he’s a high flyer. We can’t win against him.

  19. JT has a year to tell Canada’s peoplekind what his plan is to keep Canada’s Titanic disaster of an economy from slipping under the waves. Maybe he can tell us while he’s exercising his diversity imagination by playing a tad fancy dressed indian named Sanjit who writes stories about arranged underage marriage while holed up in a sweathouse lodge while smok’n gov’t certified ceremonial B.C. bud and poking a decorative pattern of holes in the wall with a kirpan. He’s such a cool dude smartypants. March on Brave Sir Robin!

  20. “Projects approved & supported by our gov’t are creating thousands of jobs & increasing pipeline capacity” … yeah, in the US.

  21. Reminder that Sohi is only in cabinet to persuade the admirers of the mass murderers who blew up Air India flight 182 to keep voting for the Liberal party.

Justin Trudeau has a “Khalistani” terrorist as a natural resources minister to match the Ukrainian Nazi cow who passes as his foreign minister. Every variety of scum the world would be well rid of is represented in his cabinet.

About the only people who aren’t represented in the Trudeau cabinet are loyal, hardworking Canadians who love their wives, fear the God of Israel, and joyfully await the return of His Son Jesus Christ.

  22. You’ll notice he wrote “Northern Gateway WOULD have helped …..” and Canada COULD also be more enery independent with Energy East”. Both are written in past tense as if to say, well you had your chance but it ain’t going to happen now so suck it up.

  23. Somewhat off topic, this evening, August 17th, I believe I heard on the drive home Mr. Peter Sherman, a fill in on the AM640 John Oakley radio show in Toronto, refer to the President of the United States as an A-hole. I suppose such classless trash can be expected from a part-time radio fill in and failed politician. Ala Caroline Parrish

Liberals are red. Tories are red, and the Dippers are proudly red

    1. It’s easy to take the talk show host out of the Politician (the only reason he got elected), but much harder to take the Politician out of the talk show host.

I’ve listened to him and he seems more worried about keeping his radio job than being a conservative. Bends easier than John Tory

  24. When are we gonna get some MPs that we know how to pronounce their name, these johnny come latellies who showed up a few years ago all of a sudden are now Cabinet Ministers and are telling us how our country should be run. If these guys were actually that smart they would have been able to run their own country and contribute to its success. What makes Canadians think that they will be any better at running Canada than they were back home? In reality they have already admitted that they failed to make a difference in their country before coming here, so why do we need the benefit of their past experience in Canada!

    1. More than a point, an excellent point of view. I’ll hand one man a hundred bricks, all identical, and ask him to build a wall. I’ll hand another man a few bricks, some pillows, a handful of straw, and perhaps a unicorn horn, and ask him to build the same wall. Which one will be stronger?

  25. Our total resource industry and trade with the US is under threat of collapse mainly because of this useless teat of a prime minister and then we have to look at the blank eyes in this ad.

  26. Everyone should read (https://leapmanifesto.org) or just google The Leap Manifesto. I had read it years ago and thought it crazy but I have re-read it. This is precisely what Trudeau and Lie-bral gov’t are doing…it is all in this manifesto. VOTE OUT THE LIE-BRAL GOV’T IN 2019!!! VOTE CONSERVATIVE…VOTE ANDREW SCHEER IN 2019!!

    1. Accessing this site I immediately started to lose control of my cursor and finally had to power down my PC and restart. First time I’ve ever experienced this sort of thing. Anyone else have the same or similar problem?

      1. Have you cleared your history recently or deleted unnecessary cookies?
Sometimes too many things operating all at one time clog up the works.

    2. Yes, progressivism must march left, there is no other possibility, given its transactions of decline and doubling down on failure.

  27. What happens to resources when a bus driver is the minister of natural resources?
    Whatever Butts wants
