It has been 14 months since Trump was sworn in as president. Time hasn’t worn down the people most shocked by the GOP’s victory. On the contrary, it seems to have made them wilder and more desperate to expose the truth behind who is really running the show.

I think Scott Adams called this pretty well. When your cognitive dissonance is so strong that it can’t be overwhelmed and reset by reality, you double down and become more hysterical and delusional. You become literally incapable of approaching any of what caused your dissonance with anything approaching rationality.

And some of the media helped hand the election to Trump. The double standard applied to the two candidates – dig deep in the past for anything damning on Trump, but allow obvious, recent corruption by Clinton to go unquestioned – drove some voters into the Trump camp. For some of my American friends, it was not just about Trump/Clinton. It was also about giving Media bias the finger.

The fact is that the Trump-haters are personality cultists. They had their Dear Leader paper doll for 8-long years. 8-years of “Press Conferences” consisting of 3-questions, answered in long, rambling, narratives like a Maduro endurance test. While Trump issues simple, declarative, statements on Twitter, or shouted above the din of rotor blades.

The leftist loons in our media HATE you and I. DETEST you and I, and see themselves in an existential struggle (I hope it is for them). Us? We grumbled for 8-years, but bode our time and trusted in our electoral system. We called out all instances of the trampling of our Constitution, but let the system work. Because we actually TRUST our system. They? HATE our system, HATE our Bill of Rights, and want to crash our system.

So these loons are going where they always go … to personality. They claim Trump isn’t “presidential” … because they prefer presidential “puppets” worked by the bureaucrats. They HATE independent spirits. They HATE Liberty and Freedom. Just listen and look at how they desperately seek to SILENCE you. Shut you up. Shut you down.

Bill Clinton? “It’s only sex” (get over it). Obama? … the Press bragged about getting their tingly bits throbbing. Donald Trump? “He TALKED about women offering up their pu&&ies to men with wealth and fame”!!! “How outrageous!!” “He TALKED about sex”. “He TALKED about women offering themselves up … like every Hollywood Tramp who ever met (privately) with Weinstein. Insert (pun intended) OUTRAGE here.

Meanwhile … ISIS throttled, Norks confronted, Trade renegotiated, Taxes rolled back, Regulations rolled back, Economy Rolling, Jobs Rolling, The costal elites finally paying their fair share … MY President is DOING the job we elected him to do. And far EXCEEDING my expectations. If he dipped his wick into that NASTY piece of work called Stormy shutters … cringe. But hey! It’s only sex. And Clinton’s (unwilling) FWB’s were even nastier-looking (sorry ladies, but you were the best Bill could get).

I couldn’t care less what the unhinged leftist press corps have to say about MY President. They have sabotaged any credibility they ever had.
