  1. They’ve got a WAYYYY better idea at that site, “Fret Zeppelin”!
With just a bit of practice,we can all play like Jimmy Page!
The bacon thingy will be nearly impossible to clean, don’t buy one.

  2. I doubt if the people who buy things like that would ever think of cleaning it. They’d just keep using it till it burst into flames one day, then toss it in the garbage and go to MalWart to buy another.

  3. I like to fry bacon in a pan on the gas barbecue. It keeps the odor out of the house and you can pour the drippings on the compost pile or in the garden.

  4. Why would you throw the ‘drippings’ away? It’s much better for frying than vegetable oil, and healthier too in moderation. If your range hood vents outside as it should, then the odor shouldn’t be a problem.

  5. We went with induction so clearly won’t be buying this messy job. Still, they’re on the right track.

  6. I like to fry it in a cast iron pan on the stove. It keeps the smell in the house to help mask nasty odours like air fresheners, and saves the fat for frying food that doesn’t have it’s own (e.g. bread.)

  7. nasty odours like air fresheners
“air fresheners” are a joke, like the people who pile on deodorant and cologne/perfume instead of bathing/showering.
They are also toxic to our health and our pets.
Why air fresheners and scented candles can wreck your health: They could cause cancerous DNA mutations and asthma
investigators warn that they can include an array of hazardous substances which may cause lung damage and tumours, interfere with our hormones and cause such lifelong problems as asthma.
Last month, a study involving Public Health England’s Centre for Radiation, Chemical and Environmental Hazards, warned that plug-in air fresheners produce ‘considerable’ levels of formaldehyde: described by the US government’s National Toxicology Program as a known ‘human carcinogen’. It is most closely linked with cancers of the nose and throat and at the very least, it can also cause sore throats, coughs, scratchy eyes and nosebleeds.
