  1. Read that in the voice and style of Jeremy Clarkson. Perhaps their conclusions were accurate however erroneous.

These columns fought the Affordable Care Act from start to passage, and we’d now like to apologize to our readers. It turns out we weren’t nearly critical enough. The law’s implementation is turning into a fiasco for the ages, and this week’s version is the lawless White House decision to delay the law’s insurance mandate for businesses, though not for individuals [emphases mine].
Now they tell everyone. This is what happens when the MSM doesn’t do its job.

  5. Re EBD comment – Too often we expect to get information from our media but we are instead served with crude, shallow humor. This, I believe is/was one of those times. Edmontonians and northern Albertans are agast at the destruction in the south part of the province (Fort Mcmurray, as well) and feel for those that have obviously lost everything. How can one start over if you are retired or just approaching retirement? How can one help your family or friend that is faced with no home and an uncertain future and must attempt to rebuild from the bottom? This is no time, not just a poor time for sarcasm or humor, NO TIME for someone’s tasteless commentary. I quit the Post years ago because of the pitiful attempts at humor by their cartoonists. (I love humor but the constant ridicule of the politicians – our leaders, is tiring, and boring.) In other media the Colberts et al have a huge effect on their followers and they accept no boundaries.
The Selleys and the Colberts should both back off. Maybe Selley would be better off in some other employ, like maybe renovations. The Post surley would be better off and the readers better served.

  7. Obama looses a55 in the Daily Beast; a whiff of hope… or bowel.. who really knows these days.
“Obama’s statement constitutes a revisionist history of what they have been doing over the past two years,” she says(Michele Dunne). “We have not exercised the kind of support for democratic progress that we should have. That’s why people still think to this day that the Obama administration is just fully in support of the Muslim Brotherhood.”
