“Windsor” is the e-mail alias that Lisa Jackson, former head of the EPA and now an environmental adviser to Apple, used to correspond with environmental activists and senior Obama-administration officials, among others.
Windsor, we have learned, was also an employee of significant achievement.
Documents released by the agency in response to a Freedom of Information Act request reveal that, for three years, the EPA certified Windsor as a “scholar of ethical behavior.”
The agency also documented the nonexistent Windsor’s completion of training courses in the management of e-mail records, cyber-security awareness, and what appears to be a counter-terror initiative that urges federal employees to report suspicious activity.
Has anyone checked to see if he voted?

Amy, I saw that the other day and couldn’t believe they left that function enabled on an ambulance. Its nothing more to fix that problem than to reprogram the engine control computer at the dealership, but apparently the EPA -refuses to let them do it-. There is no infighting more vicious than between levels of government.

At a guess, these trucks do not have the “regeneration” feature enabled on their Navistar 6.4l diesels. Slap a red cross on one of those babies and you’ve got a pretty decent ambulance for VIP government employees. A little hard on fuel maybe, but WTH, its only money right?
The EPA is the equivalent of Monty Python’s “Church Police” of Green Theocracy. Obama has added the Chicago-style politico-racketeering touch (and green light) to it’s inherent rogue stature. As a federal agency it is beyond reform. The EPA is an integral outpouring of the eco-fascist scholastic paradigm of the institutional left. Its very existence is a continual existential threat to US industrial civilization. Appointing a “good guy” as Director can not change the direction of this (and other) leviathan agencies.

Why hasn’t anyone asked if the fake employee was getting a real cheque? After all, how is it possible to add a fake employee? Wouldn’t one layer of security be the employee’s payroll number?
