TIDES is just one of these outfits. Y’all do realize there wouldn’t ever be any gun control if it wasn’t for the Joyce Foundation and a couple more pouring BILLIONS of dollars into it over the years. The biggest advantage that Conservative and Libertarian organizations have over moonbats is that they deal with objective reality. It’s a lot easier and cheaper to sell the truth than lies. One can’t just put lipstick on a pig and pass her off as Angelina Jolie; one needs extensive expensive plastic surgery and in the end all that one has done is piss off the pig and created a “woman” that might be able to deceive the extremely inebriated in a dark room.
The usual response of the moonbats to the failure of their campaigns is to point to unspecified sources of funding which they claim are far greater than their own massive subsidies. Considering the widespread innumeracy of fellow moonbats, no-one in their camp is capable of fact checking their assertion. Telling the truth is something that never crosses their minds as they don’t believe in objective reality.
