Reader Tips

Honza Bláha is a remarkable, gifted Czech horseman who controls his trusting charges without the use of any bridles, halters, reins, or lead ropes. Tonight we watch him at work in a short video called Open Borders.

Don’t know about that, but Ford might want to…spruce himself up a bit

  3. odd that.
Giffords was shot with a 9 mm Glock. In a report I’d read earlier today, Giffords’ husband bought a 1911 pistol, then thought it’d be interesting to see how easily he could buy an AR-15. When asked about this, he said he’s going to turn the AR-15 in, but didn’t respond when asked about the 1911 pistol.

  4. I’d grab Sarah Thomson’s ass and not think twice about it.Nice teeth!
I’d probably make a really lewd suggestion if I was as drunk as she was.
The gentleman in me, would not wish her to feel …. unwanted.

  5. Re: Horse Video. Looks like fun.
Many years ago, I went into a severe depression. I was male, 40, non smoker, non drinker and I never used drugs. I took intensive tests, the doctors found nothing. I took counselling, they couldn`t pin point anything.
I went up to Davidson, Sk. to baby sit my two nephews who lived on a farm. Their parents were gone to funeral. One day, one of my nephew asks if we can go see the “wild horses” near the Arm River.
Anyone who is familiar with the Arm River Valley will attest to the beauty of the natural surroundings, especially in the spring when the grass is green. We parked near the gate, and the horses came to us. I recall doing exactly what the young cowboy is doing in the video. We walked and ran around with the horses until we were exhausted. I got back in the car, and the depression was gone. I felt like a 16 year old kid again. To this day, I’ve never been hit by such a bad bout of the blues. Was it the horses? Or had the depression just run out of fuel? Who knows. Thank EBD–you made my day.

  6. That’s terrific Plainzdrifter. The horse’s video is quite something as well.

Look a little closer, bridles, halters, reins, are just extensions to your body, just like the quirt in his hand. It’s impressive, but has been done many times.

  10. It comes down to mind over animal, regardless of the aids one uses. Like an old guy said, to break a horse, first you need to be smarter than the horse.

Now,Sideshow Sarah is alleging that Mayor Ford was acting like he was on cocaine. I do think that specifying the use of illegal drugs crosses the line into slander. It’s one thing to say that he looked out of it,quite another to suggest that he was breaking the law.
