The Keystone XL pipeline will be built, and these slime balls know it. Their protests are laying the groundwork for future fundraising, nothing more.
That’s because when the Chinese burn it, it won’t emit any CO2, I guess. I wish I was as smart as Hansen so I could understand what the heck he meant.
If the spineless Obama really wanted to reduce greenhouse gases, the most effective method would be to raise the tax on oil products. Then again, that would require cojones.
After the global economic collapse that will start in Italy and quickly spread to Obamaland, nobody with more than two functioning brain cells will give a flying fig about global warming when they can’t buy gas for their truck and are freezing in their homes in ever colder winters.
The eco hysterics will be reduced to whining about the old days when they could run their scams with full support from CBC, when people knew who Lizzie May was and when Ontario politicians actually believed they could power the province on phairy phart powered wind mills.
Can’t wait for economic reality to impose itself on the eco hysteria that has become so repetitive, so boring and so expensive.
You know what? If they don’t want it, China does, or India, or Mexico, or dozens of other places. Why spend money fighting for a pipeline, when money can be made taking the path of less resistance?
It is just too bad it is impossible to build a refinery in this country, or we could us it ourselves.

I would prefer to sell the oil to the USA and let China scramble to get oil from other unstable sources. It is in Canada’s best interest to help keep the USA strong. This world needs a stable American super power. If they fall, there is no telling what power will fill that vacuum. If any of you are antiamerican and would like to see America fail, please tell me who you would like to see replace them.

They will try to out-money and out-lawyer the provinces to prevent tanker traffic out of Prince Rupert.
