  1. Only in PQ do they protest like this. I love that province unlike those douches in Man, Sask, AB, & BC.

  2. interesting how the dippers ran like it was a republic and we were electing a president . most of their voters must have been surprised smiling Jack wasnt listed on the ballot once they got into the voting booth.
check out the CBCpravda poll, we can put Justin Trudeau in as the next Lieberal leader.
CBCpravda , all liberal All the time.

  3. I’m not clear, is that a Facebook photo from a newly elected MP? I can’t click and link to anything that shows that photograph associated with and NDP MP. Help?!

  4. I am shocked that came from Rosie Barton.
Of course when she wasn’t tongue bathing Jack over the Velvet Touch she could actually have been pursuing a real story. Like the vulnerability of such an unexpected and inexpereinced crew. It’s not like there werent any indications that this kind of stuff might happen.
    In honor of Ms Brosseau….

    and this one

Both are appropriate…..real world starts today.

  5. Pelosi called W to congratulate him on his part in getting OBL.
Are you implying Ig has less class than Pelosi?

  6. They told me if Stephen Harper got a majority there would be more radical and fringe MPs in parliament who would be muzzled by their leader…and they were right!

  7. are these kids ready for the endless onslaught of telephone calls and demands for their time from the thirty or 40 thousand people in their ridings ? people wanting help getting their relatives into the country, people with tax problems or any host of things from all government departments ? businessmen trying to bring investment in or make deals to keep what they have ? I guarantee that before the year is out, at least one will quit because the job is ‘too hard’ although that first paycheque might shock a couple.

  8. It appears the peoople of Quebec would vote for a potatoe if it were wearing NDP orange. I hope they enjoy being ignored for the next four years. The fools outed the Bloc who actually did a damn fine job of blackmailing this nation and replaced them with people who have no real world skill sets.

  9. Welcome to all day kindergarten, Jack! Reserving a room for naps and snacks might be a good idea.

  10. Did you notice in the “Eve” article a NDP spokesperson said that the new members of parliament were going to have to be brought up to snuff on NDP policy. So they had candidates who were running & elected who didn’t know what they represented. Shouldn’t the MSM be referring to this as “uninformed” ? Oh, I forgot, that can only be used against conservatives.

  11. Layton is going to be so busy trying to keep the Party together, he won’t have time to do his day job. He has a Quebec contingent who outnumber his old regulars, so when “democracy” happens, the Libby Davies and Pat Martins are going to have to fight back to keep what they’re going to feel are rights earned through seniority.
Wouldn’t be surprised to see the NDP split into two parties.

  12. I would rather have a Liberal Like Gooddale represent me than those idiots. At least he would sound smart. Policy aside, he would do more for local members.
Hope the home ridings don’t bitch too much from a lame MP.
    “Don’t vote don”t bit**”
“Vote like that and………bit** at the mirror”

  13. But, according to Count Iggy, these people have been voted in by the most ‘sophisticated’ people in Canada.

  14. Above photo only try to proof
NDP is going to join Conservative for
    free gun registry
and every body can have gun without registeration
start from MP with faked plastic one she only trying before hand to get real one
    lol

apprently Ezra levan come to cut people opinion
who ever do not like conservtive should
    fire or disappear like Igy
    No freedom of speech

  15. The japery would be harmless if these clowns weren’t elected into office. But don’t mistake their serious intentions of screwing the taxpayer.
What does one expect from a party led by a lecherous home-stealer?

  16. We gave Quebec over $8 billion in transfer payments this fiscal year, and these are the people they have elected to ensure they get more.

  17. Correction needed. Ms Peclet is the new MP for La Pointe-de-l’Île (Montreal) and not Sherbrooke.

  18. You have the wrong name. The photo is of Alexandrine Latendresse, NDP MP for Louis-St-Laurent.

  19. so, what youre saying Kate, is the voters in a number of ridings were so disgusted with the performance of all other parties including cpc they felt there was no alternative but NDP.
    what a dilemma.

  20. No, “I voted NDP”, they blindly voted for parachute candidates, and boy will they be sorry….

  21. Meh, functionally, it makes no difference cause most MPs could be replaced by potted plants and you would barely notice. My MP knows he will win everytime and so he is harder to find than Osama Bin Laden. I have only ever heard his name in the news once when he toured some college and presented a cheque. He’s been in Parliament 13 years.
Philosophically, I love it. The more losers we elect the more people lose respect for politicians and the less likely it is they will look to them to do anything. Small government types should hope this trend continues. I am all for terrible MPs. Can you get some drug-addled homeless guys in Cabinet?

  22. Or should I call her, the MP for Sac-a-merde qu’est-ce-que-j’ai-fait

  23. It will be interesting watching Mr. Layton trying herd these cats. By the way, why does anyone, including the PM, think these folks are actually federalists. They were elected by BQ voters.

  24. These are the people the Toronto Star and the people of Quebec believe should be running the country. And they can’t wrap their heads around Western Alienation???!!!

  25. Once again, one can only imagine the hoots of derision, scathing articles and blistering news items pouring out of the MSM if these MPs were Conservatives. Since they are NDP, however, leftist rags like the Star write puffball pieces with no hint of critical opinion. It’s not like they would have to find a Tory MP to offer criticism; virtually any half-sensible political commentator in the country would be able to find something very wrong with what the NDP have gotten themselves into here.
Do these wet-behind-the-ears MPs not even read on-line newspapers? If they need “coaching” on the basics of NDP foreign policy, then they must have been living in caves.

  26. I voted Dipper,
If by “disgusted with the performance” you mean their idea of performance is for a party to loot the country into economic ruin and hand them the loot for their vote then yes I can understand how they can be disgusted with parties that just want to shear the sheep instead of skinning it.

  27. “what a dilemma.
Posted by: I voted NDP at May 4, 2011 3:07 PM”

Indeed, for the NDP and Quebec.

  28. I think El Heffe will have an easy time herding those young, ignorant Dippers. He now has a whole crew of little daemons to do his bidding.

  29. It’s not clear how anyone can juxtapose the words “reality” and NDP.

  30. “He now has a whole crew of little daemons to do his bidding”
    Don’t you mean “minions” :^)))

  31. And there was some NDP clown on the Globe and Mail forum yesterday trying to claim that Brosseau was “an assistant manager of a multi-million dollar small business” as opposed to what she really is…..an assistant manager at a University pub.
Jack is in trouble. There are so many $2 NDP vote subsidy meat puppets that were put into place around the country and the scrutiny will be intense….and likely driven by the Liberals trying to get their base back.

  32. They should go easy on The Honourable Ruth Ellen Brosseau. I look forward to hearing from her as a member of Her Majesty’s Loyal Opposition. I’m sure The Honourable Pat Martin will take good care in coaching her.

  33. Want to really cheese your sausage?
Consider that each one of these kids will earn $157,731 a year for the next four or five years.
    You’re welcome.

  34. The first time they are “put down” by adults in Parliament they will be looking for an HRC Commissar to protect their hurt feelings. Jack just has to make sure they know enough to support him in the House. “Remember, I’m the guy that doubles for the Video Professor”.

  35. I’m looking at the pictures of these kids, and I’m thinking that right now they’re in the middle of doing all the stuff I did at their age. That’s all the stuff that older politicians hope nobody finds out about.
You know, the having three girlfriends at once, getting drunk and riding your motorcycle at 3AM, swiping supplies from the office QM because you can’t be bothered to fill out the forms, talking first and thinking later…
Going to be a fun and scandal filled four years my friends. ~:D
