  1. Only a matter of time until it will be better as an illegal in California rather than a citizen?

  2. “Justice Ming W. Chin, one of the panel’s more conservative members,”
    Capared to who???
I though Charles Manson was in prison not on the Californica Supreme Court….

  3. Apparently all you have to do is graduate and have spent 3 years of high school in California and bingo, low, low college tuition. It would take the state politicians two minutes to add “and be a US citizen or legal immigrant.” But then they wouldn’t be able to wear the mantle of saintliness, would they?

  4. The left is betting that we won’t let them starve. They are right. Our weakness are the values we adhere to. They don’t have that problem. Each little multi-million social change is affordable. The problem is they don’t add them all up and see the total. The US government does not have a budget. California may as well not bother with one.

  5. Not to worry, the illegals will be the very first to haul @$$ for the border when Kalifonia’s welfare system comes unglued.
At that point the issue will be moot anyway, the universitied will have been looted and burnt down by p1ssed off Lefties because their handout checks bounced.

  6. Perhaps the most tangible gifts of God are a morality understood by all, social cohesion,
and the injunction to go forth and multiply.
The Mexicans are Christian; the Californians of Anglo Saxon descent are atheists –
not quiet atheists, but active mockers of God.
Do not bother to ask who will win.

  7. You people are too harsh in criticisong Califonians. They have a free country and they have the right to be totally self destructive if that is majority will. The sooner they finish the job the better- and Kate, I’ve no doubt they’ll beat the big quake to doing themselves in.

  9. But those Californians are doing it all wrong! Tell them to call Premier Ghiz in Charlottown where he is thinking of waiving the costs of tuition for University students through the use of his “have not province” equalization funds to pay the costs. In other words, good old Alberta, Saskatchewan and BC get to pay for free university for PE Islanders in the same way they get to pay for Quebec’s day care program.
    See? It’s all so fair.

  10. Just what Kaliforrrrnia needs, more well educated lawn care workers and vegetable pickers. And drug dealers, and gangsters.
To be fair, they have been brought up to believe that they are just taking back the land which they had lost in a war a long time ago. They are just reclaiming their inheritance. The judiciary are just making sure that they receive their entitlements.
The judges and lawyers stand to make absolutely huge buckets of money defending and prosecuting in all these legal cases. They really don’t care which side wins, just so long as they have cases to try and defend…rinse…dry…repeat…

  11. I flew today from San Francisco to Washington, D.C.
There were several Congressmen on board along with their staffs. They must have been enjoying First Class. I know at least one Congresswoman who wasn’t on board that airplane because she has her own.
Since most of the California delegation are paleo-leftists, this would have been a good day to die.
Oh well, I guess I’ll have to wait for the blessings of San Andreas.
BTW, Saint of San Andreas is redundant.

  12. California also has an unfunded pension liability of one half trillion dollars to consider. The last Republican with a chance at state-wide office — attorney general — is losing ground as the ballot counting nears completion. The state has virtually seceded not only from the ROA, but reality as well. It seems that the situation will need to get worse before it can get better.
