   Meanwhile, the agenda of political correctness includes both encouraging immigration with the express purpose of destroying our values, and encouraging large numbers of people to become dependent on handouts thereby overloading the welfare state (i. e., the taxpayer). The first doesn’t necessarily have its desired effect, but the second sure as hell will.
   Ms. Hussain’s rant is heavily influenced by Marxism, which makes me wonder who’s been teaching that false, violence-based philosophy to so many Muslims?

It’s easy to polarize issues, focus on extreme examples, and make generalizations…any numb-skull can achieve it. Nothing of any worth comes from this kind of examination. All that is produced is a further polarization of issues limiting any examination to unintelligent discussion.
   What makes you think that email was even sent in by an ‘immigrant’? Did the possibility of it being sent in by a listener just to provoke this sort of discussion not pass through your mind?
   I don’t agree with the concept of multiculturalism at all. But I’m not about to start basing a discussion on random unsubstantiated emails. Not only because they are unsubstantiated, but because you don’t need ANYTHING other than an understanding of the concept to argue against it. Who cares how many people think one way or the other?! It doesn’t change the discussion.

20. First – That letter was written by someone whose identity cannot be confirmed. Someone using a name associated with bad people (Saddam, Osama) obviously wanted to get peoeple to make the connection that this was a muslim with bad intentions out to bilk our social systems of millions. They no doubt also wanted to imply that there was more folks than just themselves doing it. Won’t dispute that their are people that come to our country in bad faith, just that one letter to a call in show that has a national audience should not be considered objective evidence.
    Second – It got many people who listen to Adler fired up. The letter achieved what may or may not have been a desired effect. When someone pens a scribe to someone, they do so for two reasons, social or business. The business letter (which this one falls under) is used to achieve some kind of result. The writer, whom we cannot identify, wanted to stir the pot, Adler accommodated them knowingly or unknowingly, by reading it on air.
    Third – The reaction to it was predictable. When it was read, judging by the callers and on various postings, there is outrage when anyone that was offered refuge or a new beginning in good faith is found out to be playing you for a fool.
    Based on the facts, I submit that the letter was intended to inflame reaction. The writer may or may not have been telling the truth, but what I would hope Adler does is hand that diatribe to the RCMP and let them investigate.
