  1. I bet those guns in her parents house were much more powerful then an AK-47. Most hunting rifles are.

  2. Just thinking the same thing, allan. Too bad he hadn’t asked her what she’d recommend, instead of the AK47. I imagine it would still go bang bang.

  3. I love this guy. I’d buy a truck from him any day. I don’t have an AK-47 yet but would love to add one to may collection.
Keep your powder dry boys (and girls).

    lefties in three…. two….. one…..

  4. I wish they would start doing this in Saskatchewan. Maybe with .300 magnums instead, since I could use one for hunting this fall. 🙂
Great marketing idea if you ask me!

  5. Great idea and would be a deciding factor for me in choosing a truck dealer. They should also throw in a free rear window gunrack so that the AK47 was readily available for use if necessary.
An AK is not the most accurate rifle around, but in the US it is legal to own 30 round magazines and having 2 back to back full magazines compensates considerably for the lack of accuracy.

  6. This video all but shows, no wait it does show how much the lefties care about your safety. she blew off the question about the murdered couple like it was nothing. What the hell is wrong with three quarters of the population.

  7. I like the way he wasn’t phased by the fancy person interrogating him; he stood his ground very well.

  8. “The only 911 call I need is chambering a round”
plus he got Costello to admit it was “it’s 20.. well, 30 years ago” since she was a teenager.
    My kind of guy.

  9. With a response time to his home of 15 minutes he’d be dead for about 14 minutes by the time the cops got there. I’ll bet he has more than one AK-47 in that house. I don’t want to be the one whose car breaks down 100 yards from his house at 2am.

  10. What would Jesus do? “You have heard it said ‘you shall love your neighbour and hate your enemy’ but I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in Heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.” Mt. 5:43-45

  11. Jesus may not have been armed, but he surrounded himself with 12 apostles/bodyguards. At least one of them was armed, as he cut off the ear of one of the Roman Soldiers in the Garden of Gethsemane. The Apostles knew how to protect themselves!

  12. Only in gun happy USA. Who needs an AK47? No one! One certainly doesn’t need it for hunting. Thank god the Obama administration and congress have promised to get tougher on ownership of assult rifles.

  13. Jesus told his apostles to buy swords for self defense. You can’t get the word out if you’re dead.

  14. T, the point is not whether or not one needs something like that. The point is that the government should not be allowed to decide what one needs. They treat us all like criminals in waiting – which we are NOT.
PS Criminals have much easier ways to get AK47s than to buy a truck!!

  15. Few months ago, my local GM dealer was giving away Chevy Aveos to those who bought Silverados. Guess they figured the fuzz would get mad if they gave away Russian machine guns…

You miss your cue by eight and a half hours? You’re fired!

  17. Picture a dusty small western town street with rolling thumbleweeds…
T, at one end of the street, with his trusty cellphone holsted on his side…
At the other end, a desperado who wants to take T’s wallet, is packing a colt 6 shooter…
The local mortuary is tape measuring T…
“Aren’t you going to measure the other guy too?” Asks T,
No, that’s all the info I need.

  18. different bob :36 .. You seem to push the idea that if a person owns a gun they are somehow dangerous to everyone not just to criminals. If you announced yourself and didn’t try to harm him or his family I bet he would turn out to be a very friendly helpful person

  19. I don’t own a gun, don’t need one and don’t even want one.
But it’s just nice to know that their availability to law abiding citizens angers leftards to the point of frothing lunacy. Now if only leftards would get as worked up about actual criminals…
As the media is too dishonest to tell you, the civilian version of the AK-47 is a semi not fully-automatic. It makes it no different from any magazine-fed hunting except there are more bullets and it’s less accurate. Of course, if you have an accurate hunting rifle, you don’t need as many bullets so six of one…
It’s only the shape which scares leftards.

  20. I like this guy. But he has two completely separate belief systems in place and the lady is correct when she questions the link (between guns and god). He is obviously religious, however, that has nothing to do with the belief in defending oneself. For example, I find his belief in Jesus being “all powerful” laughable, however, his views on home defence are totally logical and appealing to me.

  21. As per the salesman’s comments. He’s right about crime in the USA (well, the western world) There are guns aplenty, and pick-up trucks, but hope seems to be the only commodity in short supply. Evil is definitely afoot. Herman’s quote cannot be dismissed (given whom he quotes) but T seems to be one of those who wish to be on the side of the angels while not believing in them! Let common sense prevail, which as usual is somewhere in the middle.

  22. The question was: “What would Jesus do?” I think He would do what He saId in Matthew. His disciples would do what He told them to do in Luke. As far as we know Jesus did not carry a sword, but Peter did and used it, for which he was rebuked.

  23. T The man sells Government Motors vehicles. I can see it now 0% Financing and a weapon from our friends. Posies to sniff for Green products.

  24. T put a sign in your front window that notes your intolerance to personal gun ownership.

  25. …and stick a note saying: “take these but please don’t kill me” somewhere where it’s clearly visible.

  26. …..And then hope that the criminal takes notice of the sticky. oh! And gives a crap.

  27. I like the guy who has a sign in his window with words to the effect “Notice to intruders. I will not use the firearms in this house to protect my next-door neighbour who does not own a firearm and believes that no one else should.”
Another good one is “Notice to Intruders. There is absolutely nothing in this house worth dying for.”

  28. She keeps saying “some people might think…..”
    Why doesn’t she just say “I think…..”?
    Nevermind.

  29. I don’t see this guy as anything but a salesman. It’s just another gimmick, and CNN chose to spin it as some sort of symbol of social decay.
Both sides are being less than honest.
He could have given away a nice hunting rifle, or even a high capacity handgun. The AK47 was designed to attract attention, and it certainly did.
Why not give away an American made firearm? I can think of several that I’d rather have for self defense. How about a Mossberg 590A1, nine shot, 12 gauge? That puppy fires 81 30 calibre projectiles in about 5 seconds. And, it wasn’t designed by a commie.

  30. Sadly because of CCW constraints we cannot put up a sign on our property.
“Before attempting any illegal activity here. Did you notice the hog barn on your way in?”
    😀

  31. Winchester Model 12 a la Trench Gun…
Squeeze and rack that puppy until she’s empty.
1st load in the tube – Slug
    2-3 – 000
    4-5 – 00
    Chambered – #4
    Stinger, grinders, finisher.

  32. The above site gives a new meaning to serve and protect and yes, a high powered rifle as home protection will take out all the neighbours at the same time unless rural.
The propaganda machine is not too concerned about their funding coming from the peddlers of military training videos to teens.

  33. It’s interesting that her main objection is based on the idea that some would find the juxtaposition of God and guns to be offensive. Hollywood and the leftie entertainment industry has been pushing extremely offensive and corrupting messages (often targeted at our youth) into our nations for a few decades, and when anyone objects, they say,”If you don’t like it, just hit the off button.” The lefties need to heed their own argument. This guy is running a private business. If people don’t like his slogan, they can shop elsewhere.

  34. My thought as I watched the clip was “Didn’t God give David the slingshot?” Nuff said!

Actually the target for some known reason are the blogs. People have access to the info not at provda.
Here is the blogs argument. Read and heed.

  36. “you don’t think God wants us to defend ourselves?”
Don’t they have rules against mentally deficient persons owning guns? That would include in my opinion anyone that would say something like the above statement! God doesn’t exist folks! Please join us in the 21st century and put away the fairy tales!

  37. the bible says suicide is not a good thing. being unable to defend yourself is suicide. man up. get something to protect you and yours and maybe some one else.

  38. “Don’t they have rules against mentally deficient persons owning guns”
    Nope, they’re all volunteers.
