  2. “Political indoctrination has NO place in the public school system.”
It won’t disappear until the system does. Bring on the vouchers for starters.
“Without a fund of religious or ethnic identity to draw upon, their search for meaning becomes ever more resentful, desperate, dictatorial and destructive. We’re witnesses to extreme cultural degeneration now.”
The second sentence is arguably true, but the first one is not part of the solution: the only real “search for meaning” one needs is to find a productive activity to work at; religious or ethnic identities are optional. Individuals first, group identity later.
“Even the term “social justice” is just another code name for the collectivist welfare nanny state. The same goes for terms such as rent control, gun control, price control. Control is the key. What better way to facilitate control than the indoctrination of children.”
“Social justice” is what Ayn Rand called an anti-concept, a fuzzy term that sounds like it means something but on analysis doesn’t. Genuine justice is about reaping the consequences of one’s actions; “social” justice is about redistribution of wealth, and implies an unproductive elite in charge of society giving the orders. It really is all about control.
“isn’t it a socialist right to hate?”
They hate businessmen, Americans, landlords, etc. – all groups that are “identifiable” but omitted from the legislation that clamps down on free speech.
