Tulcea is in Romania. There is no Tulcea, Iraq (and the “lc” sequence is unlikely in Arabic).
They’re wearing woodland camouflage. Woodland camouflage hasn’t been worn in Iraq in yonks. In addition, their helmet covers are old models, not used in “the sandbox” even when they’re tan.
The hummer is an old model, is not armored, and does not have standard equipment for Iraq.
