Saskatchewan Office Trashing Party

It’s hard to think of something that could top the trashed offices in the Saskatchewan Legislature left behind by a departing NDP administration – unless it was the stuffed wolf/coyote that incoming Premier Brad Wall found waiting to greet him.
Let that sink in for a moment, while I try to find photos.
(SDA Flashback: As I once said – the apple doesn’t fall far from … the apple.)

  1. give me the 25 years the NDP extracted from Grant Devine, and we’ll call it even.
Devine left 25 years of material to extract, and then some. The NDP left $2 billion. (AND a carpet stain) That’s the difference.

  2. But Manny, the NDP left wing. They’re SOCIALISTS. They can’t do anything RIGHT.
That’s the attitude of Kate and her sheeple.
$2 billion left in the pot? Piffle.
Stain left on the RUG….RELEASE THE HOUNDS.

  3. IEatLeftards4Breakfast, if that’s the best you’ve got, where do you find the strength to type with that level of malnourishment.

  4. “Wow, a lot of unemployed dippers suddenly have a lot of time on their hands.”
Funny, David, I was just about to make the same comment. So true.
I feel sorry for them, I really do. One day they will learn. Maybe.

  5. You know, wouldn’t you want to fumigate/renovate any Office used by Leftards any way? The coyote is a special gift no doubt to have Mr. Wall remember the Reverend Lorne by. Wonder if it’s Wily Coyote?

  6. What I heard was Gormley say that according to an e-mail he had received from a person involved in cleaning at the leg, there was food or sauce smeared on the walls of an office, and food dumped on the floor. He asked for confirmation and also for which office it was so that the appropriate staffers could be interviewed. He said that if it had happened, it was pretty juvenile behaviour, and that someone should be held accountable.
Brad Wall himself told of the wolf/coyote left behind for him and was laughing about it.
I know people contracted to clean the Leg after the election, and there was no evidence of damage to the offices. The hiring of professional cleaners is standard practice when governments change. They said there was nothing out of the ordinary.Posted by: Wolfman Brad at November 23, 2007 1:34 PM
This is no more proof that it DIDN’T happen, than the e-mail Gormley allegedly got is proof that it did. Oh, and does this imply that the regular SGEU cleaning staff employed for the Leg. are amateurs?
I would say that trashed is likely too strong a term, but the general disrespect shown by making a mess and leaving it would speak volumes about those who made/left the mess for cleaning staff to deal with.

  7. gawd is is wonderful to hear the NDP droid wannbe Marxist trying to be socialist ilk just whine bitch and complain.
    Waste of air & space.
    Just luv it.

  8. Kate – I thought you demanded better reporting, sourcing and fact-checking from the MSM.
So why are you playing their spin game? Why can’t you back up your claims with some proof? Don’t reporters often go on air or in print with the whole “We have a source who says…” or “Word has reached us that…” or “People are suggesting that…” without ever giving readers and viewers the whole unvarnished truth?
Did you willingly publish false and misleading news to further your own political interests here? Looks like you’re in the same league as the evil leftish MSM.
Give us the proof that the NDP trashed the offices, or withdraw your accusations and baseless smears.

  9. If you see a paper shredder that’s got potato peelings in the bottom, call Crimestoppers. I wonder what Lorne had stashed in the pages of his bible!!

  10. OH MY …the lefties are in a lather today. No matter though. What they have to say is meaningless now. We can’t hear you. And for another four years Saskatchewan will be able to grow up and be just like Alberta.

Just like Alberta, you say? Moving away from the Conservatives to a more normal government?
Yes, that is a day to look forward to.

  12. JohnyRingo,
Scum bags like you are not worth responding to. Given the number of comments from you that Kate had to delete because they were laced with vulgarity why would she bother responding to a loser like you.

  13. Ever think that a liberal employee in DND started this, with an attempt to embarass PMSH. Bet it never happens, and the idiot that tried to make a scandal out of this was paid by KS.
Every wonder how the liberals are getting so much inside information, seem to know what is in correspondence and from who, leaked reports etc.
The liberals have sunk to a new low in spying.
Clean house of all civil servants who ever worked for a liberal. The fact codere is supporting anythig doing with our troops should be a red flag to us all.

  14. You may recall Mr. Rennie, that Premier Stelmach was chosen as the leader of the PC party in Alberta by anyone that had a PC party membership in their pocket. Many of your marxist brothers here in Alberta bought these memberships to prevent Ted Morton from becoming the leader. That must have caused them a great deal of anguish, seeing their money go to Conservative coffers. Anyway, don’t worry your little head about our commitment to Conservative values here in Alberta. We will straighten Eddie out in due time. Much like the good folks of Saskatchewan did to your boy Lorne.

    —————————————
I trust you have proof of this so-called “marxist invasion” of the PC party in Alberta?
And just what is Marxist to you anyway? Anyone to the left of Stephen Harper?

More likely Alberta is finally seeing the emptiness of one party conservative rule, and is moving to join the real world.
Now, give Saskatchewan 4 years with Wall, and Saskatchewan will willingly rejoin the real world.

  16. The CBC aired a military analyst that said “After the wage increase was implemented it was time to remove the archaic system of city specific payments.”
Experts say its time to go but the military hating left like you all of a sudden cares and wants to make it an issue where this is none. Yeah Right.
Thats why no one responds because its a red herring and everybody no knows it.

  17. Murray Rennie said:
“But Manny, the NDP left wing. They’re SOCIALISTS. They can’t do anything RIGHT.
That’s the attitude of Kate and her sheeple.
$2 billion left in the pot? Piffle.
Stain left on the RUG….RELEASE THE HOUNDS.”
Murray, you are right in one way. The NDP socialists-cum-communists can’t do anything right. Actually, I take that back. They are VERY good at discouraging entrepreneurs.
And as for your tired CM Burns quote, okay, how about releasing the hounds about the brutal state of Saskatchewan roads left by the left. Last time I drove through there it was embarrassing, and I’m not even a resident of SK.
And thanks for the ad hominem attacks. They REALLY add to your credibility.

  18. Rennie in 4 years this province will vote for the “real world” again, just as it did this November. And hopefully by that time Wall and Co. will have made ‘union-backed over-paid and under-worked civil servants suckling off the public teat’ a thing of the past.

  19. Actually Mr. Rennie, anyone to the left of Ronald Reagan. The Marxist intrusion was well reported so I’m confident you can look it up if you wish. Those that know Alberta politics are aware that when we change horses it is a wholesale sweep. It has never been a move to the left. We are more adult in that regard I guess.

  20. So Johann
you can’t even differentiate Socialists and Communists.
By your metaphor, conservatives are Nazis.
    Deal with it.
As for the roads…who messed up the paving the first place? Not the NDP.
You can blame Devine for that.
Not that Kate and her sheeple will accept that…

  21. All these pictures should be put on the internet for all to see and to PREVENT EVER the re-election of the NDP in Saskatchewan.

  22. Correct me if I am wrong but weren’t the NDP in power for 16 years? Quick where’s the time machine when you need it, we need to travel back in time and tell the PC’s that they are going to have to prepeare Saskatchewan’s highways for 16 years of NDP neglect – I mean rule.

  23. Ah yes, 16 years of recovering from the Devine years.
Grant Devine, who took a province with no debt and drove it to 14 billion dollars in the hold.
And in the process services were cut (unfortunate, yet ironically something Conservatives would do) in an attempt to service the Devine legacy.
And didn’t the Devine government sell Saskatchewans Road equipment?
So, equipment had to be bought back (while the Sask. party gnashed it teeth, one presumes, over the cost), while trying to not go over budget, which would cause the Conservative’s to whine more.
And now Saskatchewan has in power a party derived from the Devine Government’s self-immolation. The implications are not good.

  24. And Murray Rennie loses the debate. First mention of the Nazis took 78 posts. Good work, lefties! That’s up 30 spots from the last time you sore losers tried to take on Brad Wall!

  25. Ah, partisan wankers like Claude. Always amusing to watch them try to form a rational thought. Case in point: since I’m criticizing Harper for cutting soldiers’ bonuses, I MUST HATE THE MILITARY.
    Dear Jesus.
Honestly, do they make ’em any dumber than you?

  26. Actually, Murray, I can’t differentiate the NDP (far left) and communists. But nice Godwin’s Law proof after that.
Who messed up the paving? Give me some of what you’re smoking, and then tell me what kind of pavement is supposed to last 16 years’ worth of Saskatchewan winters without repair, no matter how well it’s done?
“Sheeple”? More ad hominem. Nice. Keep it up, buddy. The credibility gap just grew.

  27. Ah yes, Godwin’s Law. How ironic to see conservatives invoke it.
However, the analogy still applies. Conservatives like to label anything to their left as Communist. For instance…Socialist=Communuist, Liberal=Communist.
Sorry Johann, the analogy runs both ways. If NDP=Communists, then Conservatives=Nazis.
    Or at least Conservatives=Fascist.
    ———————
and then tell me what kind of pavement is supposed to last 16 years’ worth of Saskatchewan winters without repair, no matter how well it’s done
    —————
    As Devine. He funded it.

  28. Tell me, Ringo, why should the government just give them $1200 extra dollars just to live in Toronto? Perhaps maybe the DND should just house the soldiers and their families on the base and forget about living allowances altogether. How would that be?
Also, didn’t you find it odd, Ringo, that one of the most outspoken critics of the Afghanistan mission (arguably causing a drop in morale for soldiers and their families) is now arguing that a drop in pay would result in a drop in morale?

  29. “Or at least Conservatives=Fascist.”
So you’re telling me the US Dems (to the right of Canadian conservatives) are fascists? Tell Barry Obama or HillBillary that. But fair enough. I’ll let go of the rhetoric on this one.
As for “As [sic] Devine. He funded it.”, nice try. I’m betting you dodged my actual question because your answer didn’t serve your leftist purpose (to smear anything to the right of Jack! Layton): there is NO pavement capable of surviving 16 SK winters without repair.

  30. “I notice Kate has yet to provide her proof. Where is it Kate?”
Murray … there will be NO source or proof posted here because it is a fabrication – a speaking point from the Saskatchewan Party Caucus …. it is their attempt to create mythology!
Right wing liars and the lying lies they perpetrate!

  31. You Marxist fellows could get hit in the forehead with a flying ball of crap and want proof that it was a flying ball of crap. It would be quite clear to every body else what it was, but you would demamd proof. It has been clearly stated in this post what had occured after you guys got kicked out of the legislature. Sore losers.

  32. So, there may or may not be pictures.
    Fine.
Where was all this left wing fury over Spudco….Murdoch Carriere……Meadow Lake pulp….Phantom balanced budgets etc?

  33. “More likely Alberta is finally seeing the emptiness of one party conservative rule, and is moving to join the real world.”
Yep, they sure are. They are just plain S-i-c-k and t-i-r-e-d of all that prosperity from the last 15 years or so. I remember when they gave out the Ralph Bucks a couple of years ago. My relatives were just plain mad. I mean, what were they going to do with all this extra money.
    Its terrible I tell ya–terrible!
    Horny Toad

  34. Hey Bobsey Twins Ringo and Rennie, you’re asking where Kate is?Try looking up a new word(for you useless Dipsh*ts)..it’s a real tough 4-letter word, that will most likely explain Kate’s absence..say it with me now ..WORK!!!!

  35. When Bob Rae’s NDP government was defeated in Ontario in 1995, they left behind a container of composting worms for incoming premier Mike Harris. But I think they regarded it as a gift.
Sorry, I could find no link from that time.

  36. “Larry Hubich president of the Sask Federation of Labour, ….. pledged that the 93,000 union members ……would stand with farmers who want the right to collectively market their grain.”
Are there really 93,000 govt employees in Sask?
Or how does that break down?

  37. Rockyt:
I too fully support their right to collectively market their grain. Too bad they don’t support my right to market my grain as I see fit.

  38. As a landlord, I deal with people vacating premises all the time. If food is smeared on walls and floors, it is safe to say that the unit was “trashed”, as it appears the tenants smeared their trash on the walls and floors.
If holes are punched in walls, and furniture destroyed, then we are talking about vandalism and destruction of private property.
I do not think Kate implied anything more than a simple trashing.
Moobats go blow salt, her comments were accurate, as far as this property management professional is concerned.

  39. CWB is toast Bazoo.
Can’t you hear the nails being pounded in?
What a sweet sound to my ears!
Nobody on the prairies of sane mind will donate to the CWB cause anymore, so they have to look for money across Canada.
The Liberal CWB gravy train is heading straight to the wreckers.

  40. Y’all are completely demented. Go get a life. The election is OVER. Let it go.
Oh, and children? Behave with a little more decorum and civility, or daddy will SPANK.
    🙂

  41. The BS is starting already. The Fuhr Brad Wall after one day as premier says there is no money!! Deja Vu all over. Who voted for these idiots? It should be an interesting 4 years. What a strange trip this will be.

  42. *****Or how does that break down?*****
    1 to do the job
    while 2 watch,
