  1. Obviously, someone at CBC has way too much time on their hands. Either that, or they’re paid way too much.

  2. Nuanced and unbiased election coverage courtesy of CBC!
Leaves nothing for the imagination to ponder as to how other issues are nuanced regarding Harper.
    Canada’s Media party at work!

  3. Late breaking news on the CBC…Liberal leader Stephen Harper rattles his plastic sword at fellow right-wing idealogue George W. Bush. The President responds, them Canadian conservative folks sure are a confused bunch, don’t whether they’re a comin or a goin.

  4. I’m sure it’s an honest mistake.
Those CBC reporters are probably pretty tired, especially after all those overtime hours theyve been clocking-in at time-and-half in order to raise a few extra dollars for X-mas, and make-up for all those arduous hours of having to walk that picket line

  5. Yuo know what this means?!
Stephen Harper is the next Prime Minister of Canada.
    The Mother Ship says so.

  6. Could it be a typo … or an inadvertant Freudian slip. Me thinks the later, based on the Liberal lite leanings now being shown by Mr. Harper??
When will we get some real leadership in this country?? Until then, it appears we have the choice of voting Liberal, Liberal Lite or straight out and out socialism in the form of NDP.
It doesn’t leave any choice for those of us
who want a government of true conservative values … but what we are left with is one who capitulates to cater to Ontario crowds in order to win votes. That’s not leadership – that’s selling yourself out for your own benefit.

  7. perhaps Paris Stronach has engineered another merger and the us the great unwashed will have to standby in amazement. No wonder she hasnt appeared on the hustings.
Maybe this was the hidden agenda.
more likely Pravda just needs to get the word Liberal into every story. either that or”for profit health care”

  8. Hey Ron
Your characterizing President George W. Bush as dumb is really funny.
    Your saying he’s stupid right?
It’s hard to tell because your post is almost totally undecipherable.
Know this, he would destroy your petty backward dead socialist argument in any debate ..lightweight!

  9. Oh, great. This jackass is going to make it all about those “debbils”, again. Despising the US has actually become a political platform in Canada. Amazing piece of social engineering. I don’t understand why Canada can’t just sell her socialist trees to somebody else and shut the hell up. Can the Liberal cabal not find a new strawman?

  10. richfisher…I’m not saying W is dumb or stupid, just confused by Canadian conservative politics and that he speaks with a Texas drawl.
I would hope he could out debate me, after all he’s president of the most arrogant country on this planet and I just run an Ontario corporation.
Don’t forget he ran 3 American companies into the ground before old money put him in the White House.

  11. Ron, how many gubmint contracts does your “Ontario corporation” average per year?
    A little worried?

  12. To Aizlynne,
It’s sad to see that you actually want a government with “true” conservative values, since those values currently seem to include impaling the human rights of gay Canadians. Or at least, grandfathering the marriage of gays who got married under the Liberal tenure and severing the rights of those who’d like to get married some time after Mr. Harper took office. Good thing that’s not likely to happen. Some of us are fond of seeing human rights upheld, this not being a military dictatorship and/or a state defined by religious dictates, like, say, Iran.

  13. richfisher…How many conservative gubmints does it take to screw in a light bulb? Answer, zero, they don’t screw in they screw up.

  14. When a man’s name is Ron (short for??) and makes the postings that this idiot does, click on his name and find out what his email name is.
Ron’s just happens to be fyreballs911@yahoo.com
He’s not worthy of your attention.
