  2. I’m surprised Lomborg is still commenting. The climate mafia can’t seem to take him out like they did Pielki Jr.

    1. It’s because he’s not a “denier”. He believes that human emissions are causing the warming. His focus is in pointing out the futility and stupidity of “taking action to stop climate change”.

      1. Almost all “deniers”, including Pielke, think that CO2 emmissions cause at least some warming. The ugly denier label is thrown on anyone who thinks that the warming is not catastrophic, that threats are exaggerated, adaptation might be more cost effective than current mitigation policies, that the science is still immature, are lukewarmers or even slightly suggest that the any of the proposed policies that are popular right now are in any way too expensive, ineffective or unnecessary.

        Unless you support The End is Nigh!! and extreme solutions…you are a denier. Think religious fundamentalism and their treatment of heretics and blasphemers.

Sure, existing climate change policies might cause a social cost of increased levels of hunger and food insecurity and “Trying to help 24 million people by imperiling 78 million people’s lives is a very poor policy.” But look at the upside, like this awesome social benefit – “The EU’s climate policy under the Paris agreement, meanwhile, will realistically cost the bloc about $600 billion each year for the rest of the century, yet at best it delivers a trifling temperature reduction of just 0.09°F by the end of the century.”

    **0.09F** decline after 80 years for the low, low cost of 600 billion per year. Just imagine if the entire planet could replicate those incredible results. If we really try hard we could get a 0.9F improvement after 80 years by spending 6 trillion per year…and with the side social benefit of helping the hunger needs of 24 million people by harming 78 million. Great job. Congrats. Stellar performance.

  4. Perhaps the intent is to starve people. They want to take farmland and grow corn, etc., to make fuel. Yeah, that’s a great idea…..take food producing land out of production to make fuel. The left seems to always be behind starving the population. By any means necessary apparently.

    Of course the left would inspect the deaths to insure they were racially and LGBTQ compliant.

  11. Glenn Geist and Joe have the true agenda correct. More than once over the years I have read MSM article saying that there are 6 billion too many people on earth. Even Dianne Frances, financial writer for PostMedia, wrote this a few years ago. I asked her in an email whose methods of population control she preferred, Hitler’s or Stalin’s. She never replied obviously.

      They are also pushing the “Organic Food” meme.
      Since the typical organic crop yield is only 25% of what an ordinary acre produces it stands to reason that if the “Organic Food” meme becomes the norm that 75% of the food produced today will not be produced, therefore 75% of people will starve.
      Of course it will be worse than that. Prices will skyrocket, there will be forced rationing and stockpiled rations will rot for lack of reliable transport and reliably power cold storage because of Gang Green’s energy policies.

      The Global elites plan to kill us in unprecedented numbers through mass privation.
