I can’t say I’d support the pork bar-b-que being held outside the mosque, the mosque people are just doing what their religion instructs them to do by not eating pork products. I think it’s their loss.
The police in this case, the judicial system in giving those people a different set of consequences for illegal actions, the MSM for reporting it as though they were deserving of a light touch, those are the ones who I feel need ridiculing and a solid pointing out of their favoritisim and hypocracy.
Especially the politicians who have enabled all of this, which treat every test of Canadian’s openness as compared to how we treat islam. Islam is a cancer, I’m not going soft on it, but the reason we’re in a pickle over this isn’t because of islam’s leading lights having forced our hand with logic, it’s the gov’t types who are pushing this agenda, they’re the ones who are deserving of ridicule.
Nevertheless, a pork BBQ in a sidewalk is just a sizzling version of a guy praying outside a baby abattoir. Of COURSE we’ll have problems with it. This country is FU@KED. My apologies for the @.

This is just my opinion, but it seems to me like this is the kind of operation the authorities would mount when they want sh1t to pop off. Like they’re pouring gas on the fire. Oh, and sending a message to former military of a certain persuasion, if you will.
Give themselves an excuse to -really- clamp down? Just my thoughts on the headline…
Okay, has anyone in Regina ever been prosecuted for barbecuing pork outside a synagogue? I don’t believe that Jews approve of pork any more than Moslems do, but there have been Jews in Regina for a long time, and they have given us every reason to be glad that they were there.
The moment any white racist bastard in Regina forces a local Moslem to eat pork, I’ll be there beating up on the racist bastard. But here we’ve got apparently got local Moslems directing the police to beat people up for barbecuing – and the police complying? It looks to me like time to slap up the Moslems and kick the shit out of the police. But hey, I don’t want to get extreme here.
I would beg to differ on one small point: criticizing Islam is not racist because Islam is not a race, it is a cultural persuasion shared by a number of different races in the same manner that Christianity is not isolated to one race. And the difference between Christianity and Islam is that Christians are not supposed to kill you if you disagree with them, nor are they interested in a world wide kingdom in this lifetime.
The problem here is that uncritical tolerance of beliefs is not a good idea and the Regina police have no idea what they are instigating.
