  2. I had not realized Faith Goldy was that far gone. I guess when the left calls everyone they disagree with a Nazi, racist, or white supremacist, they seem to be bound to get one right. Sad, I liked the work she did at The Rebel, before she got the boot. I stopped following what she was doing. In an online argument someone called her a white supremacist, I challenged them to prove it. All they did was say “many people say she is one” but I decided to do a little looking around and found this story.

    1. I’ll stick with one word – it’s past my bedtime and I shouldn’t have even clicked on the link. Out of all the words I could have chosen this is it:
      PATHETIC. If I understand what is being said, that she is a white supremacist, the writer’s conclusion is many things, but I’ll go with “pathetic”.

      You should try doing your own thinking instead of letting others think for you. I know it’s a hard concept, but give it a try, you might like it.

    3. Goldy is not a Nazi, racist or white supremacist. The article is an example of muddy thinking and many of the points made could be challenged — and are challenged in the comments. It really is a smear job based on guilt by association, and selective reading of statements out of context.

    4. So by the standards of that article, any new media that has covered an alt right event at all must also be nazis. Oh yeah, and anybody who has been interviewed by the CBC is of course a pinko commie gang green member because they also interview people such as Noam Chomsky, Naomi Klein, and had programs hosted by David Suzuki. Oh shit, Canadian politics is filled with Nazi Commie envirowhacks, who can we vote for? Where she has appeared is far less relevant than what she has said. This is the same caliber of work as that chart claiming Sargon or Styx are nazis because they appeared on a livestream for a debate with Richard Spencer.

      By the way, I watched the live stream she did from Charlottesville, and all I saw was reporting facts as they happened, the left wing counterprotesters often called her a nazi or white supremacist without even knowing who she was. (Americans really didn’t know Faith Goldy, she was just the only white person with a camera in the middle of a bunch of POC.) I also listened to the podcast after the fact to see what all the fuss was about, and it was an interview going both ways, and I did not hear her say anything about supporting the alt right, merely a non hysterical discussion about what each others views were. If proper conservatives are supposed to become hysterical like Liberals at the idea of something controversial, then I want no part of proper conservatism.

      Now take a look at the link https://thebridgehead.ca/about-jonathon/ and tell me what can be surmised about the author of this hit piece. I believe this is a pro-life Christian proto-SJW based on where he can be found and what topics interest him. No wonder he supports John Tory-in-name-only.

      Now go find some source material to support the position rather than a hit piece of speculation and association and I will take this seriously.

      1. A narrative has been created around Charlottsville. It is anti-conservative, anti-Trump. It has been used to attack Trump and portray the right as racist and dangerous. There were two groups protesting the removal of the Robert E. Lee statue. One was the relatively small group of goons with their torches. (“We were told to bring torches” one of them said.) This group is easily lead. They were manipulated by Spencer to create a spectacle. The other group were staunch Southerners wanting to preserve their heritage. Many of them were local. As reported by Faith, they were deliberately not protected by police and forced to go through the Antifa crowd to escape the park they were in. (Someone wanted a riot to erupt.) When Trump indicated that there were good people on both sides, he was talking on the right about the locals who did not want their statues torn down. He was also highlighting that there were some real trouble makers among the Antifa demonstrators which was otherwise not being acknowledged. His remarks, as usual, were deliberate misconstrued. That the event was subsequently used by the Canadian media horde to displarage and undermine Rebel is viscious and shameful.

      On the other hand, I have no issue with Normal Totally Vetted Immigration from damned near anywhere as long as there is 100% total ASSIMILATION. You come here – you damned well become Canadian in every sense of the meaning. My Beef is this govt suported BS with open borders facilitating an invasion force of sub saharan/middle eastern Islamic low life, my beef is with ISLAM , its adherents and its AGENDA.

    2. Nancy, it’s bizarre that Gallant is going to contrive a way to stay in power, even before the required recounts are done. I live in New Brunswick, and I was struck by the fact that the Liberals had all the money and power during this election. The aggregate vote total, in the polls, and all that money and power mislead me into thinking that there would be a Liberal sweep. But there are a lot of unhappy people, me included, in English-speaking New Brunswick.

      I was going to vote People’s Alliance, but the last Liberal TV ad trashing Baines Higgs convinced me to vote PC.

        This is shocking for Brian Gallant and the Liberals because the last minority was in 1920. In a two party system, to have 3 opposition parties the fragmentation and this result was obvious. Ideologically, it’s going to be a difficult fit between the Liberals and the People’s Alliance. It was a mistake to offer free child care and free tuition.

        Brian Gallant went too far left offering free stuff, nothing is free. He was transfixed by American Democrat Bernie Sanders’ campaign for President. New Brunswickers just weren’t buying it either. Perhaps Mr. Higgs needs a go at it.

Like the progressive MSM, he labels some of the right with the same Neo-Nazi anti-Semite brush. He resorts to some anecdotal finger pointing and voila proof positive Goldy is an anti-Semite.
    Goldy has Judeo-Christian convictions AND she is a pro Israel cheer-leader.

    Where’s the righteous indignation about the MSM turning a blind eye on physical attacks by the alt-left on Goldy and others whose crime is that they stand for countries having borders?

    Where’s the outrage that the CBC is warm and fuzzy on the ANTIFA crowd and condones the violence when its perpetrated by the left?
