From our burgeoning Import The Third World files…
On Tuesday, April 21st shortly before 11pm an acereage owner just north of Pilot Butte spotted and pursued a pickup truck which they had just seen dump a load of garbage in the ditch. Pictures of the event show a truck and trailer displaying the company name, “Dhami Construction”… pic.twitter.com/oyIHOSyyOB

But wait, there’s more! The Home Depot receipt found in the rubble belongs to a Regina based company, Xpert Construction. According to the company director, Baljinder Singh, Xpert had been hired by Dhami to supply his job site with these materials. Hence a PST exemption number was used on the Home Depot receipt (A common practice for contractors who order materials for customers so that when the job is billed the PST is only collected once).

Surprised? Nope
They do this around here all the time. Construction garbage in the ditch, new pile every week.
Cops? Nope. County? Nope. Province? Double-nope.
Clean it up yourself? Then -you- pay the Garbage Tax. And it is -steep- in these here parts, lemme tell you.
Which is why they dump it in the ditch. See how that works?
Just another of the millions of reasons that nobody is building anything in Ontario, and why there are no White guys in construction anymore.
Who the fck is hiring these people to do anything?
I wouldn’t hire one to dig a hole.
I don’t know about you Buddy but I’m going to start buying popcorn by the bushel and beer by the pallet.
As the saying goes. “It’s not all of them, but it’s always them.”
I don’t know about Canada … but here in the Golden Fleeced State of CA … a trailer load of 6 yards at the dump … aka Waste Diversion and Recycling Center … averages $150.00/load to dump. And, every job requires online tracking of C&D (Construction and Debris) receipts to ensure >50% of all jobsite waste is recycled … per STATE Law. And recently, the building departments are now requiring CERTIFICATION that none of the construction site dust … contains harmful elements … according to the CA Air Resources Board. Yes … even for your little bedroom remodel.
What is the logical result of these expensive and draconian rules and regs? Yeah … the low bidders are finding a remote spot in the country or city to dump. With no receipts. No online supervision. And no State bureaucrats running up project cost.
The Singh’s of the world are building 25% cheaper than the Smith’s of the world.
This makes no sense. India is a pristine place where all trash is properly disposed and or recycled. Er, right?
This might be good for a laugh. Certainly on topic.

Import the 3rd World, become the 3rd World.
Just like they do it back home.

l very strongly suspect that, over time, 2 views dominate the fate of the ganges:
early on, when it was ‘sort of’ clean the predominant view was ‘hey, just a wee bit of waste wont matter’,
then with time it became ‘pfft. that thing is so hopeless what difference will it make?’.
and everything in between.
on top of that a religion that espouses multiple ‘cracks at it’, soooo, screw up, just die and try again?
and in the 21st century another option ‘we’se just gonna hive off to Canaduh and poop on the beach’.
youre welcome mr singh et al
“Dhami Construction has voluntarily paid in full Just Bins’ remediation costs for cleaning the 3,637 lbs of debris that were illegally dumped in a ditch shortly before 11pm on April 21st outside Pilot Butte.
The company representative, Sukhman Singh, tells us after internal investigation they concluded it was their company truck which dumped the debris and they have fired the employee responsible. Singh also assured us Dhami Construction will be cooperating with law enforcement’s continuing investigation.
Singh asks that after receiving 150+ calls the public stop calling in complaints to Dhami Construction.”
