  1. Yes,I agree too.
I wonder when they’re going to get around to rescinding Bill C-68?

  2. North; There are many Canadians of Ukrainian heritage. They are largely concentrated in the Prairies and generally West of Quebec & Maritimes.
Plus, I trust that if Peukin invades the deal is off.

  3. MH370 speculation update:
Well, it looks like the Andaman Islands are now receiving attention. Still require motive, what was the cargo?
A real motive could have been an attack on Diego Garcia – it would have been shot down when within radar range of the military establishment.

  4. “Russian military forces are massing near Ukraine’s eastern borders, increasing fears that Moscow is planning a larger military incursion into the former Soviet republic.
According to Russia’s Interfax news agency, some 50 Ukrainian border service facilities have been blockaded or seized by Russian troops.
The forces include over 80,000 troops, up to 270 tanks, and up to 180 armored personnel carriers. Also, the forces include about 380 artillery pieces, 18 multiple-rocket launcher systems and 140 combat aircraft and 90 helicopters.”

We may be looking at a full scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. Meanwhile the current administration south of us is busy trying to destroy the country, or remaking it into a Marxist state, maybe both.

  5. I just discovered via a comment at the National Post that Olivia Chow and Layton BOTH collected the housing allocation for MP’s, even though they were living in the same house. Isn’t that kind of like what Duffy did — technically allowable, but morally not so much? Actually, in Duffy’s case, I think he had more of a moral argument to make since he did have expenses for second residence.

  6. I am speculating that the plane landed at Diego Garcia and this is a cover-up of some kind. There is information that the plane flew for several hours after contact was lost. Malaysia has denied this, but the info is from Roll Royce that gets data directly from the engine. This is data they may not have been able to disable. The “cargo” may have been all those semi-conductor experts.

Then they can send as much money as they want, not my tax dollars

  8. Washington (AFP) – Months before Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 mysteriously vanished, US regulators warned of a “cracking and corrosion” problem on Boeing 777s …
“We are issuing this AD (Airworthiness Directive) to detect and correct cracking and corrosion in the fuselage skin, which could lead to rapid decompression and loss of structural integrity of the airplane,” the Federal Aviation Administration said.
During a sudden drop in cabin pressure, the crew and passengers can become unconscious, leaving no one at the controls of the affected aircraft….
The FAA circulated a draft of the directive warning of the cracking and corrosion problem on September 26, 2013.
A final directive was issued March 5, three days before the Malaysia Airlines jet disappeared. The FAA directive is to take effect April 9.
The FAA said it was “prompted by a report of cracking in the fuselage skin underneath the satellite communication (SATCOM) antenna adapter.”

  9. There was a greek airliner that lost cabin pressure and left everyone unconscious. The plane circled on auto pilot for hours before crashing. So it’s possible. Mind you the greek airliner was intercepted and didn’t have it’s transponder turned off by mysterious forces (muslim terrorists).

  10. The Muslim enemy plan would be to approach Diego from the South low over the horizon, hoping to catch the base unprepared, a la Pearl Harbor.

  11. For all you Techies out there what is in store?
[ U.S. officials announced plans Friday to relinquish federal government control over the administration of the Internet ..
…. The announcement essentially ruled out the possibility that the United Nations would take over the U.S. role ]

  12. This is definitely a “meet Jesus” moment for Obama, except he passes off ( I was going to say delegate, but he doesn’t have that skill) the job to the Heinz boy, Ketchup Kerry.
