Big Oil is in fact supporting the Warmists, in many cases. They are smart enough to see that the world is going to continue to need oil, and if the bullshit regulations imposed in support of AGW goals increase the price of oil, cui bono?
Shell helps finance the Climate Research Unit at East Anglia University, for one.
