The frightening thing about this poll is that 49% agree with Suzuki.
I can only surmise the 49% are faithful CBC viewers who accept information from the CBC as gospel , and who have absolutely no understanding of the economic chaos that would ensue if Canada followed the advice of Suzuki , the Pied Piper of Kyoto.

NOT SO!! My very favorite evening of election coverage on TV was watching Dan Rather as he reported the results of the 1994 US Congressional election. You may recall that the evil Newt Gingrich persuaded the American electorate to equip Slick Willie with a Republican Congress, both houses.
The fear and loathing in Rather’s eyes and voice was wonderful. If CBS ever opens it’s secret archives or should the finance company that forecloses on CBS choose to open them, that CBS election coverage tape will be worth seeing again.
