  1. Mary Katherine ham s an excellent journo.
Abc is a democratic racket. Disgraceful first set of questions.

  2. That woman with two first names is the most lightweight news person I have ever seen. What’s her regular job at ABC, celebrity talk show hostess ? She must be the prep school daughter of some ABC executive. Pathetic

  3. If you are referring to Mary Katherine ham – she’s one of the most respected conservative journos in the country. Her questions tonight have been excellent.

  4. The only gentleman was Donald Trump…He did not walk “by” DR Carson (waited, stood beside him) for the correction. Carson did not hear his name. Would ABC introduce Hillary during the applause (Noise), as they did Carson. Incompetence by the Exec-Producer.. Fire the sucker
Disgraceful that Carly was not included… ABC did not want her pounding Hillary on the Network…
They should not Host another Republican debate!

  5. MKH is not a “news person” She’s a conservative journalist and a pundit. She’s just getting back to work after a wickedly difficult past year (and a recent baby). She works primarily for Fox and Salem, but also freelances a lot. She is not and never has been a “gotcha” journalist. Not her style.

  6. BTW: The anti-Trump Republicans that attack Trump on the eminent domain issue in Atlantic city are pissing all over themselves. Who was that Governor of NJ that was seizing public land for Casino Owners (Trump was just one of many) I was in South Jersey at the time…Try the Republican administration of a real sweetie.. I voted Democrat because of the heavy handed POS, but she won a second term and the Courts stopped Her.
THE RNC allowed ABC to insult Carly & Carson….Women & Blacks are now Hillary’s.. Organized fools
    or total betrayal…

  7. I actually thought it was ok …despite the mix up at the beginning. I liked trumps response to water larding too. Again set himself apart willing to hit back ….everyone gave weak answers the tip toed around …trump they chop people’s heads off….I’ll bring back water boarding and a whole lot more…heh heh!
    Trump/Cruz 2016.
Rubio it’s tough to say if he is all talk or not but he definitely has a silk tounge and the passion in his speaking but I don’t want establishment . They do nothing but say a lot.
And to be honest I thought trump did pretty good.

  8. Agreed that fiorina not being included was a travesty. Not sure why priebus didn’t insist that she be there.
The GOP needs to insist on more control of the debate format.

  9. Jeb Bush is a functioning Moron…He attacked Trump re:Eminent domain in Atlantic City.. What he should research is his brother… GW Bush and his first EPA administrator. She was the Governor of New Jersey at the time… Those are Hillary’s talking Points! FOOL
The RNC allowed ABC to disrespect Carly & Carson.. The war on Women & Blacks are now Hillary’s. Organized group of fools or betrayal?

  10. OK … seems as though I was a bit flip and reactionary. I don’t know anything about her. She DID ask a bit of a snarky follow-up question at one point and the camera held on her self-satisfied smirk. It seemed too self-aggrandizing for my liking. Happy to give her a fair look.

  11. I have listened to her for years on hugh Hewitt. That wasn’t smugness you saw in that smile. She just has a kind joy in her demeanour. A very smart conservative analyst.

  12. Trump stood there and waited till Dr. Carson went on stage,
all the others walked around him..
    That was first class.

  13. Yeah, right, Fearless Leader. Everyone knows what a “first class” act Trump really represents. Cruz? A Canadian? Give me a break.

  14. Just like millions of other voters, I haven’t made up my mind yet… Independent…
But I think Teflon Donald is starting to realize the great responsibility being a President puts on anyone’s shoulder.
You can see it in his eyes..
    Democrats are terrified.
All they have is Socialists Sanders & Criminal Hill..
    They are still begging Joe(hair-plugs)Biden.

  15. I didn’t say Trump was first class, I said what he did for Dr. Carson was first class.
You need to re-read the comment.
What is your reading level comprehension??

  16. I will vote for the Donald, ? if he wins the nomination..
I still don’t like the bastard,
but I would vote for him ten times over the Socialists Sanders or the Criminal Hill..

  17. If anyone is to blame for anything in this incident, it is Dr. Ben Carson, who perhaps has a hearing problem. The few times I’ve seen Carson, he seems half-asleep, not at all alert. OK, if he didn’t hear his name being called, he should have realized it had actually been called after Ted Cruz was called. If not after that, then he should have realized he had been called when the guy behind the curtain (who?) signalled to him to walk on to the stage to take his place … and still he stayed there. The candidates are surely told in what order they’re going to be called. Trump? I think he probably stayed there because he saw the cameras lingering on Carson. And maybe it could all have been avoided if the male announcer, whose voice carried even above all the unnecessary hollering, had handled all the introductions. Forgetting John Kasich was the inevitable result.

  18. I agree. She has been on FoxNews for a number of years and, while being a little to the left on some issues, generally does a great job of standing up for conservative values.

  19. MKH is a very open-minded conservative, and a very caring individual. Her conservatism is not cast in stone – she evaluates situations on their merits rather than applying strict dogma to everything, which means on occasion, she’ll bend left a bit if that’s the best solution to the issue. She CAN be as snarky as they come, but she tends to let respect rule her approach, and not let herself become the centre of the discussion, something most TV talking heads don’t get. She has a wicked sense of humour when she gets going, but she keeps herself in check on the air.

  20. When they get down to two, they will nail the intros! Of course Ben won’t be there to screw everyone up. He looked like a deer in the headlights, ignoring the stagehand

  21. debate hosts/hostesses need to know ALL the names ALL the time as to who is joining the debate. able to recite them at random without leaving any out, likewise if someone wakes them from a nap and they’re a little groggy. or if there is a lot of noise or anything similar.
on top of it all the time. regardless of the director or sponsor or anyone else.
    this is disgraceful.

  22. I thought Rubio hit a home run when he challenged the panel by saying that Obama was not a fool. The right tends to cast him as such. Rubio stated that Obama is very calculated in his systematic destruction of American values and institutions.
Progressives constantly look for scapegoats or causes that explain their failures. If this fails the old standby of controlling the message always works. They succeed because the right has not found a way to reach the masses with a message that stands up to the progressive BS. Voters are barraged by the pablum of last night where candidates trot out their personal ‘come to Jesus’ moments which make them the anointed choice for POTUS.
I can appreciate the ‘process’ of government but take more comfort in knowing and understanding the philosophy behind that process. It is even worse on the other side where Sanders is never held to account about his socialist solutions for saving the USA. Never! His campaign is all about greed, envy and class warfare. At that he is more honest than Clinton who is simply a liar and a person willing to sacrifice (literally) lives to achieve her ambitions and cover her stupidity.

  23. Hardly a home run …. you simply heard the Rubio -Establishment campaign trail talking point module #9. If we SHOULD have learned anything from Obama … it’s that he will SAY ANYTHING to get elected … including LIEing right into faces of the voters. The Rubio-Establishment campaign is doing the same thing. Only he has replaced “If you like your Doctor, you can keep your Doctor” … with … “I will NOT give amnesty to those (undocumented) guests”.
More like another strike-out with the disgruntled former Republican voters.

  24. Two comments:
One, I was raised with the idea that being a gentleman meant never making anyone feel uncomfortable UNINTENTIONALLY. What Trump did with Carson was exactly what a gentleman would do. The important point is Trump did this instinctively and instantly, just as a gentleman would. Now, it’s possible Trump is coldly calculating, and realized how good he would look by standing by Carson; I don’t have any secret access to Trump’s mind. But, from what I say, he was an old school G-man.
Second, Christie called out the Macro Rubot for exactly what he is – an unaccomplished, no substance shill, trained to bark his lines on cue. There are some hilarious mashups of Rubot repeating the same bit about Bambam FOUR times, almost word for word. Rubot is nothing more than a RINO Bill McKay.
