    I don’t think Vladimir Zelensky understands the gravity of the situation he’s in. The only people he listens to are cronies from his former comedy troupe. The People are rapidly turning against their Servant.

    He thinks Biden is making him look bad?

    Allowing the local Nazis to ban Russian makes you look bad.

    Letting them make war on Russians who want to go home to Mother Russia makes you look bad. (Zelensky was elected on a promise to end the war in the east. He didn’t, because that would have required recognizing the right of Russians to rule themselves.)

    Agreeing to turn “Ukraine” into a parking lot for American tanks bound for Moscow was the last straw.

    No, Vovochka. When even the Grey Lady admits your comedy show has turned into a horror movie, that’s when you know you’re done like dinner. She’s always the last to turn on tyrants written off by the globalists.

    Putin is about to re-unify Russia, and by the time Russian boys arrive in Kiev Vovochka had better be in Tel Aviv. Much as I hate to admit it, that’s where many of the oligarchs are going.

    If the Russians don’t finish Zelensky off, the Ukes might, because he’s about to go down in Ukrainian folk memory as the Jew who let the Muscovites rape and murder Mother Ukraine. Everything is always the Jew’s fault. That’s why “Ukraine” is a hellhole that nobody wants to live in.

    In Zelensky’s place, I wouldn’t call Biden again. I’d call Naftali Bennett. He might actually be able to help Zelensky get out of this.

      1. He is not a paid bot, he is just totally detached from reality loony bin inmate. Russians are flawless, people oppose Pootin because anti-Semitism, men who work are not interested in sex and only men (not women) will go to heaven. There are a lot of loose screws in that noggin and they create quite a fascinating combination.

      2. Daniel – no payment, just various levels of medication. Once a particular name has been sullied too much by unhinged ranting (seemingly between medications) the poster in question will disappear for a short time and come back with a new name (in the hopes that it will be a blank slate). The same old crazy will eventually slip out (which is how we know it’s the same individual) and the new name will become tarnished by association with the bat shit, and the cycle will restart.

        It’s like a circle of life here. No one is hurt, and often good points are raised when in a cognizant state. This isn’t that state, so be wary, and wait for the next turn of the wheel.

  2. This Ukrainian “business” is all theatre. Russia gets higher oil prices and Biden gets lower expectations of economic growth… resulting in lower inflation expectations. It’s a win-win for the Biden-Putin axis.

    The buzz is the only tool the Democrats have for the mid-terms is a rising stock market. That needs to happen in the August-October time period. Don’t be surprised if manipulations are underway to limit growth expectations… that in turn would limit stock market appreciation. There is an old saying… Sell in May and go away. If the Democrats can cap the stock market now (when 401K growth typically drives share prices) they may have a shot at a rising stock market going into the mid-terms. They only need to get through a couple of months…

    Hunter Biden is going to sell many paintings over the next little while.

    Don’t be surprised if the Iranians top up their European politicians subsidy that they have going. The Iranians rely on the Russians and Chinese to sell their oil and circumvent blockades.

    I see Biden has released more oil from the strategic reserve. I expect the PPT to use these commodities (much like gold) to play with the futures of oil.

    1. Oil prices are higher, yes. By rights the ruble should be back at 30 to the dollar.

      It’s closer to 80.

      Wall Street’s priority is taking down Putin, not making quick money for investors. The investors in question already have more money than they could ever spend, almost none of it earned honestly. Bringing Russia to heel is key to their plan to keep their money and power intact.

      1. I don’t think the ruble will “go back” to anything near 30 to the dollar. The resulting deflation would kill the Russian economy. Most of Russia’s hard currency comes from sales denominated in the eurodollar.

        I’m curious how you determined “investors in question already have more money that they could ever spend, almost none of it earned honestly”? That seems like a stretch to me.

  3. The corruption is unbelievable. I have seen a lot of crap in my day but the last couple of decades have been mind blowing. Only those willing to let the lies slide can possibly go along with the insanity.

      That’s Lesser Russia’s real problem. Nobody who could possibly flourish anywhere else wants to live in a poverty-stricken, poisoned province inhabited by peasants who still blame the Jews for all their problems. The productive classes have voted with their feet. Left behind are the elderly, the alcoholics, the bitter-ender Nazis, and the wilfully blind. Even the oligarchs mostly live abroad.

      Any war will be more of a finishing blow than the cause of “Ukraine’s” downfall. That’s on the Ukes themselves.

      That’s the tragedy of Zelensky. He did not have to try to save Ukraine from itself. By now in Israel he might have had a great career in entertainment. He might even be in Bennett’s cabinet.

    He has no respect for useless leaders of the west today. He is playing them one against the other like a symphony conductor and they, being the smartest people on the planet, are doing their best to dance to his tune.

    While it is hard to understand his desire, as presented in the media, to take over Ukraine, the guy not only thinks, he knows that Biden is not a champion of anything. Of course he knows what’s happening in the US, he sees the idiocy of the ‘progressives’.
    Remember he’s been there, done that, he understand the loads of bullshit they come up with.

    If anybody thinks that he is a friend of China, they are mistaken. The relationship with China has boundaries. Putin knows that if China really, really wanted, they can walk into Russia tomorrow and just by sheer volume take over if they by chance decided to do that.
    Heh, look at the southern border, hundreds of thousands just walk in and nobody can stop them. Then imagine millions of Chinese walking over the border and cover Russia, no shots fired.

    1. All Putin wants is for the west to stay out of what he considers his sphere. I don’t believe he wants to recreate the soviet empire. I recall Yeltsin being promised we would stay out. Russia was sympathetic and cooperated after 911, they had their own Chechnya problem. Then Bush and his neocon advisers thought they could push him around.

        He does not get to decide who stays where. Ukraine is a sovereign country and it is up to Ukrainians to decide that. Siberian Mongols living in Ukraine who are just remnants of occupation ought to be excluded from the decision process.

        Most certainly he does. Not right now. This is just Anschluss. But you cannot rule Russia without mobilizing the mongrels against external enemy. Pootin understands the Siberian Mongol mentality hence Moldova, Georgia, Crimea, Eastern Ukraine.

    I suspect Russia is doing this because Turkey and their drone program has them freaked out. Turkey has been pulling the rug out from under the Russians and their ad-hoc buddies in Libya and Syria and then brutally in the Caucasus. I remember around the start of this flare up the Russians were indignant over some Turkish drones received by Ukraine. And that’s another wild card that makes this a bad idea for Russia: getting bogged down in Ukraine gives a lot of options to Turkey.

      Facepalm. A handful of drones are not a game changer by the widest stretch of imagination. They only marginally increase Ukrainian capability and do nothing to change the balance of power. They would be briefly annoying, that’s all. If Putinista roll they will be able to carve out a piece of Eastern Ukraine no matter how many drones Ukraine has.

        Even if the Ukrainians didn’t stop the Russians with said hypothetical drone force, they could make Russian advances so much more costly.

        Besides, it’s clear that Putin isn’t a genius or that clear a thinker. He and his clique don’t have to make sense.

          Here we go again. This song repeats itself ever since the Yom Kippur War. La Jeune École but on land. “Tanks dead missiles changed the war blah blah blah.” Except that they didn’t. There is a reason why every major force in the world uses tanks. It is not like they didn’t think of something that you did. And there are many drones just as capable as Bayraktar. Russian air defenses and air forces are order of magnitude more advanced than Armenian. Also, Ukraine is about as perfect tank country as you get much easier to use tanks effectively than in Caucasus.

          Actually he is about as perfect example of an evil genius as you can get in real life. I bet you his IQ is probably around 140. He is the most clear thinking and effective manipulator russia ever had. He also understands Western impotence very well. Yes, he is a cynical sociopath, but he is ruthless and very efficient and very effective. You completely don’t understand him or Eastern Europe. But that is not surprising, as any culture outside of urban millennial condo culture is foreign and exotic to you.
