1. I’d love to, but full on addicted. And yes, it’s a thing.

            1. What’s not to love about high fructose corn syrup, phosphoric acid, caffeine, lemon oil, caramel color and other artificial food colorings and flavors?

               It’s mainly the caffeine that is addictive.

3. Europe is addicted to booze. In a restaurant, if you ask for water with your meal instead of alcohol, you’ll get asked if you want sparkling or plain, and they’ll charge you for the water.
   Not giving a customer a glass of water is practically uncivilized.

   1. And sometimes, maybe even often, the booze is cheaper than the water.

4. Coke owns dozens of bottled water brands globally, including Dasani, Smartwater, AHA, Topo-Chico, Aquarius, Ciel, Apollinaris, I LOHAS, Kinley, and Portugal’s own Aquabona. They don’t care.

5. Grolsch beer is one of the products amongst others I’m boycotting from now on.

   First one was for Stihl lawnmowers followed by other prominent brand names.

I used to enjoy the very occasional Coke, but they helped to raise my consciousness and educated me about my excessive whiteness and how it would be very wrong of me to purchase or consume any of their products. I must avoid Coke and its many other non-Coke-branded goods because my inability to be less white offends them.

12. Don’t half-ass the boycott. It isn’t just Coca-Cola, or Coke. The list is long.

    In Italy i saw a Dad buy the smallest Coke bottle for his kid, €3. I bought 2L water €1.5

14. I used to drink a lot of Diet Coke. A lot.

    The day I read Coke taught their employees to be “less white”, I said to my GF “I don’t know if I can be less white, but I sure as hell can drink less Coke.”

    Haven’t bought a drop since, and that includes all coke brands – Minute Maid, Canada Dry, etc.
