    That said, where was North Carolina’s Emergency Response? Did they have the resources, and the deep pockets, to respond promptly and effectively, the ability to work and coordinate massive resources across jurisdictions? You don’t get a do over; it has to be immediate and coordinated to preserve life. Where are the military engineering assets?

  13. Look at where rescue / restoration services are happening as opposed to where they’re not. States whose electoral votes went to Biden are getting help, those that didn’t aren’t.
