After falling -80% from its record high, Nike, $NKE, will be removed from the S&P 100 at the end of this month, ending a near 18-year run in the index. The stock has now erased -$230 billion in market cap since its all time high.
Chalk up another victim of white liberal women.

Nike also carries $15.5 billion of endorsement contract obligations that are signed, unpaid and sitting off the balance sheet, with $1.7 billion of it payable inside twelve months.
Those two facts together explain most of what Nike’s marketing has looked like since Elliott Hill took over. The company skipped Super Bowl LX in February 2026 after buying its first Super Bowl spot in 27 years the year before. It went into the 2026 World Cup as a non-sponsor while Adidas, the official FIFA partner, spent on a scale reported near $1 billion.
The most delicious part of the World Cup sponsorship spending? The two teams in the finals were all decked out in Adidas gear. Ohhhh, so sorry NIKE … you backed the wrong horses.
…backed the wrong whores.
Fixed it for you.

This article examines Nike’s DEI practices and the EEOC investigation.
“The charge alleges that Nike engaged in a pattern or practice of disparate treatment against White employees “since at least Nike’s fiscal year 2020 and continuing thereafter.” The charge refers to publicly available documents…”
NIKE founder Phil Knight says … “it doesn’t matter how many people hate your brand …”
https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/insights/phil-knight-controversial-kaepernick-ad-nikes-never-give-attitude
Well Phil … yes. Yes it does matter how many people hate your brand. But what should you care … you’re a filthy, filthy, rich multi billionaire.
Funny thing … I looked up Colin Kaepernick’s net worth and the internets said it is $20M … because I wanted to see just how much he “sacrificed” to be the kneeling poster boy (sorry).
His multi-year 49er Contract was for $126M of which he was reportedly paid $50-60M. He also collected a settlement from the NFL … for something … which was reported to be as high as $60-80M … and he had a “star-level” contract with NIKE starting in 2011 which he has had for 15 years reportedly being paid $20M/year x 15 years = $300M … his current book deal is reported to be for $1M + who knows how many speaking engagements, etc.
In rough terms he has “earned” … conservatively … $260M … but only has $20M to show for it??? Sorry … but that is some really bad personal and business management. The simplest of investments would have turned that $260M into at least $400M by now.
But Kenji … you don’t know what you’re talking about because Kaepernick was a 4.0 college student at Reno, NV … in … Business Administration!! Colin is a highly trained … businessman!
SMH …
Maybe all his money is hidden offshore…
Maybe the internets are intentionally LYING about his net worth … because it doesn’t look good to be filthy stinking $$RICH … while complaining about systemic racism and stuff. Hard to be a “victim” of anything when you’re sitting on $hundreds of millions of dollars.
Frank1
Or up his nose!!!
Never thought of that. I must lead a sheltered life. LOL
GYM prefers to take his drugs via suppository, they work best in his…wait for it…colon!
Those supposed Tories, they can just go shove it…
That’s…terrible!
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
BTW … Jennifer Sey walked away … because COVID. She was FIRED (resigned, yeah) from Levi Strauss because she vehemently argued that our children should BE IN SCHOOL during COVID. Oh, so sorry Jennifer … you spread disinformation not authorized by The State. You’ve been CANCELED.
Now she’s head of X-X X-Y Athletic wear. Yeah, she was a world class gymnast BTW. I admire the bloody hell out of her for doing all this in San Francisco … until she moved to Denver … not much of an improvement.
Maybe the whole thing was an elaborate plot by someone who was shorting the company?
No one could have done all that by accident.
Phil Knight? (See above)
Never underestimate a woke, white, liberal woman. They have only ever operated on feelings, never a critical thought, and most are horribly unathletic and out of shape. Perfect to run a company in the athletic business, LMAO.
The marketing team at Nike may be mostly female but the Nike Board of Directors is mostly old white men.
https://investors.nike.com/investors/corporate-governance/?toggle=directors
I suspect those old white men love it when those young woke prooooogressive womyn pay them some attention.
https://www.marketbeat.com/stocks/NYSE/NKE/short-interest/
doesn’t seem to have big interest in shorting it.
This is interesting. On a whim I did some research to determine the primary Advertising Agency employed by NIKE in the US. It turned out to be Wieden+Kennedy. Then, I decided to dive deeper and see what other major client are handled by Wieden+Kennedy.
Here’s one of the biggest. Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev): Manages global and regional campaigns for brands like Bud Light.
Does anyone see a connection?
Cross-dressing! Like a nun tending wounds…
Oooof!! That “Own the Floor” ad.
Good lord!! I’m more inclined to think she’s passed out on the floor.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I2f2PlIPTdU
well. when yer that big, they only got 1 take ’cause otherwise all ‘otta breathsies’
Not. My. People. … so … not my shoe. As with ALL consumer decisions … I OWN the money NIKE wants me to spend. Nope. Not gonna happen. God Bless America … I’ve got SO MANY options for athletic shoes and gear.
And BTW roaddog … I’m currently lounging in my adidas Arsenal kit … because it’s game day … and we schooled Chelsea 2-1 this morning. Yeah … we’re the FIRST place team again this season.
And I USED to like college football … but the last thing I saw last night before going to sleep was my CAL Bears completely losing it after tying UCLA with 9 minutes left in the game … only to watch our Hawaiian ethnic qb with an unpronounceable name throw two pick-6’s in a row and HAND the game to UCLA 45-24. So I’m not feeling too good about college football at the moment … and that came after the most flagrant FIX in NCAA history as Michigan was given a second chance to throw a Hail Mary because the referees made shit up. And because the NCAA pretended their $multi-billion sport was … amateur … played by … student athletes … the whole sport is coming apart at the seams. Sorry … but the SCOTUS ruled that you don’t OWN the players as slaves. Boo hoo. Too bad. So now you have players transferring whenever they want. Players returning after giving the NFL a shot. Court cases hanging over the entire sport. Congress getting involved (if that’s not the death knell, I don’t know what is). SEC writing their own rules. The entire sport is a dysfunctional mess … and my team sucks again.
Yeah. That’s why I’m more of an EPL fan than an NCAA fan. And don’t get me started on the woke NFL.
may interest you KJ, for mostly financial reasons, but now more than just that, l can honestly say l have NEVER bought an item of fashion, car, electronic gadget, etc merely because of the -name-. l have never bought nor worn a ‘hockey jersey’ with some player’s name on it.
there are no logos on my shoes, watch, track suit, etc.
and its mostly ‘sports’ stuff that gets the labelling and as such, having scant interest in engaging in team sports, and LESS THAN ZERO *watching* any of it, well, that’s about it.
l do however have a custom Elon Musk t-shirt bragging about autistics.
Big money sponsors have driven any sense of competition for competition’s sake completely out of college sports. The sponsors could have saved us from the nonsense of Kaepernick and Rapinoe but Woke-PC became more important than the core product offering.
Shades of the Bud Gay fiasco.

The new revelations of Nike’s wayward way of selling shoes, aren’t a new development, it’s more like, “the newest developments…
I’m not in Nike’s target audience, it’s been awhile since I looked favorably on Nike, having switched to Aisics in about 1986, my reasons were fit and comfort and having killed a couple of pair of Nike’s air bags when they were exposed on the sides of the heel cushion, and for their own marketing expertise. I have LaSportiva and Merrells as well for certain endeavors and have no thought of switching again.
It isn’t only me that dislikes Nike though. Allyson Felix has more well founded reasons for disliking Nike.
In about 2018 she became pregnant, and Nike wanted to change the sponsorship deal they had with her, so they offered her 30% of what she was earning, and with stipulations… Allyson went public with this, spoke in front of a congressional hearing re: Nike’s maternity leave rules, then founded her own company with her brother, “Saysh” runners, then became the first Olympian athlete to ever win gold (4×400 relay) in her own shoes.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allyson_Felix … scroll down to almost the bottom.
She’s trying again for the 2028 Olympics in front of her home town crowd.
Allyson wasn’t the only one, near to this same time period a couple of other Nike sponsored athletes Alysia Montaño and Kara Goucher went public with similar stories from Nike.
Allyson Feix shoe site…
https://saysh.com
Allyson is a Christian … so she’s utterly incompatible with NIKE.
l swear Dylan Mulvaney is a mole. just a hunch.
The image on the upper-left is nothing less than revolting. I was in track & field in middle school in the 70’s and Nike ‘waffle-iron’ tread running shoes were a must have. I was into Nike before it was Nike. Bought a Nike wallet before the Kaepernick garbage, regretted it.
