Then young Canadian men started brewing craft beer. Turned out most of it was bad. But much of it was spectacular.
I don’t drink any beer but Canadian craft beer. I’ve travelled the world and the seven seas and found none better. Not even the Yanks.

Unapologetic craft beer snob here. Over 5000 beers on my tasted list & been to over 300 breweries in Kanuckistan & US. I find that while some Kanuckistan craft beer can be fair decent, overall I still prefer American craft beer. Especially regarding IPA/DIPA/Triples. And none of that East Coast, cloyingly sweet garbage, either.
I like a lagered ale.
Have a local one that got bought out… But by an independent brewer – Steamwhistle.
I find a fair amount of craft beer to at least be worth trying, but you know some are made by hipster doofuses – tubby turnips with skinny arms, fecal beards and annoying personalities.
