   1. Do you have ANY idea how many (mostly illegal) drivers in CA have no insurance? And no assets whatsoever? These sketchy trucking companies and brokers will just get sketchier and sketchier … they’ll insure themselves then cancel insurance, transfer ownerships, and move assets beyond the reach of legal judgements. They’ll go bankrupt and be doing business under a new shell company tomorrow. The victims will never get paid.

      The only answer is LONG criminal prison sentences for everyone from the driver all the way up the food chain of who put these idiots on the road.

      These wrecks and deaths can no longer be termed “accidents”. No, they are preplanned mayhem on the road … acceptable collateral damage. Because human life is cheap in the hellholes where these people originate.

      1. I have every confidence in the Trial Lawyers Association, specifically,m the personal injury lawyers, to hunt down every penny they can squeeze from the trucking industry.

      2. Forget the long criminal sentences, capital punishment is the more effectove solution as Buddy says above.
