The Death of Academic Fraud Jason Arday Won’t Shut Us Up
Of course, the entirely predictable response of the institutional left to his cowardly and apparent self-deletion has been to insist, loudly and with quivering outrage, that his death is our fault. You see, we normal people pointed out that he lied about his background, his achievements, his credentials, and his work. The fact that we did what a functioning institution should’ve done itself outraged his boosters, so these moral illiterates now invert the moral calculus to keep the exposure of academic fraud from happening again. Arday lied pathologically and endlessly, enabled by a ridiculously solicitous academia, then likely killed himself when his lies were exposed. Obviously, the villains are the people who did not lie and did not choose to end his life.
And you’ll never guess their key accusation in a million years.

Arday kills himself and its “our” fault.
The Left assassinates Charlie Kirk and its his fault.
The Left has a deadly problem with the truth.
“Arday was, like so many of the pet minorities the lily-white left chooses to showcase” a disposable pawn of the left. And there is an endless supply.
“…that his death is our fault.”
Yes, I’d heard. How dare we have academic standards?! That’s Whitenessssss!!!!11!
But yes, we do have standards and no, the gentleman (may he rest in peace) did not measure up. Sad, but there it is.
Furthermore, unlike #CharlieKirk or a few other people who are no longer with us through no fault of their own, the late professor of Cambridge seems to have been a case of self-unalivement. He voluntarily shuffled off his mortal coil, if you will. Or so it appears from the extremely vague and delicately worded press reports. “Found unresponsive at home” is such a cautious turn of phrase. (I do hope it wasn’t family who found him, that would be extremely unfortunate.)
Accordingly, I apologize for nothing. Not my fault.
I’m starting to see a trend:
Left recognizes that they made a mistake, but can’t admit it. Goes apoplectic doubling down, because in admitting the mistake they must, also, admit that YOU were correct.
That is the third rail of NPP (Narcicistic Progressive Politics™)
I guess by deleting himself he also outed himself as a racist.
He could have left Cambridge and gone to Harvard and become a brain surgeon. I’m sure there are lots of Democrats who’d use his services.
I’m sad he couldn’t find a better way to deal with this. I’d rather have seen a huge mea culpa and him setting himself on the hard road to redemption. That would be a legacy we could all admire.
