In early February 2020, four virologists — Kristian Andersen, Eddie Holmes, Robert Garry, and Andrew Rambaut — told each other and Anthony Fauci — then director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and member of President Trump’s just-created Coronavirus Task force — privately that a lab origin for SARS-CoV-2 looked plausible.
Weeks later the same group published a paper — “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2,” hereafter Proximal Origin — declaring flatly that “we do not believe that any type of laboratory-based scenario is plausible.”
That paper became the authoritative justification for treating the lab-leak hypothesis as a conspiracy theory and settled science. Fauci and NIH director Francis Collins promoted Proximal Origin from the White House to quash debate over COVID_19 origins, without ever disclosing that they helped set the paper in motion.[…]
This week, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) released two new batches of the group’s Slack messages — first batch (AM drop) and a second batch (PM drop} — spanning April 2020 through September 2021, with incredible details of how doubt never faded for the Proximal Origin gang, despite their public expressions to the contrary.
Authors coordinated with Intelligence Community And NIH;
Andersen told his co-authors he expected to “have a handler” beginning that week as the intelligence community’s 90-day review was underway. Holmes repeatedly referenced a source in China he called “my spy.” Following the leak of the DARPA DEFUSE proposal, which detailed a plan to insert furin cleavage sites into bat coronaviruses, the group discussed the need to “stay off email” and to “carefully curate” their correspondence “for the FOI records,” while also noting the need to “get something back to Tony [Fauci]’s team at NIH.”
And then there was other coordination.
The president of EcoHealth Alliance had just spent weeks in China as part of the World Health Organization’s team investigating the origins of COVID-19 — the mission that took him, however briefly, to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the lab his own organization had helped fund with U.S. taxpayer money. His flight was booked: Qatar Airways 701, Doha to New York’s JFK, landing February 5 at 2:25 p.m.
Waiting for him, on paper, was U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Until they weren’t.
Yuri Deigin had their number right out of the blocks: Wow, I saw 72 mentions of my name in those Slack messages.

“State is the name of the coldest of all cold monsters. “Coldly it lies; and this lie slips from its mouth: ‘ I, the state, am the people.” -Nietzsche
Current Legal Actions Against Fauci et al
While the DOJ continues to slow walk legal action against Fauci, Daszak, Collins, what is happening with civil litigation?
Legal actions brought by individuals in NY and PA have been dismissed. However, Dykes vs Fauci, NIH and EcoHealth Alliance in Missouri has not yet been resolved. BTW, the MO AG has himself disposed Fauci in a separate action
Current Status of Dykes vs. Fauci
The lawsuit filed by Leann Dykes against Dr. Anthony Fauci and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is still ongoing. As of now, there has been no settlement reached in the case.
Key Details of the Lawsuit
Plaintiff: Leann Dykes
Defendants: Dr. Anthony Fauci, NIH, and EcoHealth Alliance
Allegations:
Negligence
Wrongful death
Strict liability
Context: The lawsuit claims that the defendants’ actions contributed to the death of Leann Dykes’ husband, who died from COVID-19 in November 2020.
The case continues to progress through the legal system, and updates on its status will be necessary to determine any future developments.

…notable civil suit against Dr. Anthony Fauci regarding the COVID-19 vaccination mandate for federal employees was ultimately dismissed in 2026. This case was part of a broader legal challenge against the Biden Administration’s vaccination policies.

If you can’t lie convincingly, you’ll never make it in Washington.
And in order to lie … you need a private server in your basement ceiling. You need to evade FOIA
Origins of FOIA
John Moss, a Democrat from Sacramento, California, was elected to Congress in 1952, amidst the Cold War and an era of increasing government secrecy.
Moss started advocating for more government openness after the administration of President Dwight D. Eisenhower fired several thousand federal employees accused of being communists. When Moss asked to see the records associated with the dismissals, the administration refused to hand them over.
After Moss became chairman of a congressional subcommittee on government information in 1955, he held hearings about government transparency and conducted investigations into cases of federal agencies withholding information.
According to Moss, “The present trend toward government secrecy could end in a dictatorship. The more information that is made available, the greater will be the nation’s security.”
Newspaper editors, journalists, educators and scientists were among those who supported Moss’s campaign against government secrecy, while many federal agencies opposed it, arguing that not being able to keep their records secret in certain instances would be detrimental to their work.
How ironic … as now … the communist termites in our Deep State go to great lengths to hide their evil doings from FOIA revelation.
None of this is new. I read the papers at the time, and I saw the communications back in 2020 before the whole thing went dark. In my humble opinion, Kristian Andersen should be stripped of his cushy Scripps position, dragged in the mud, tared, feathered and fed to the crows. He sold himself to FAUSTcI; he got a gazillion in grants just to shush. If Kristian Andersen is reading this (very unlikely) and has a scintilla of academic integrity left, open up and tell (1) how they pressured you and (2) how they bought you. Then write a nice “mea culpa” and live the rest of your life with a clean conscience. Just to think that I once was affiliated with Scripps really bothers me.
Anthony Fauci was pardoned by the US government so he won’t face criminal prosecution for mass murder.
Given the behaviour of senior Democrats (Pelosi, DeBlasio, Cuomo, et al) who initially advised people to go to restaurants, parties, restaurants, movies, theatres, etc. and sent COVID patients into senior citizen facilities, I’d say the whole pandemic was deliberately designed to damage the economy so Trump wouldn’t be re-elected.
Maybe….depends on whether it was actually authorized.

Nota haiku. I’ll save that one just pcause.
I can’t wait till they finish this Fauci warmup act and get on to the main event: the pharmaceutical companies.
