Probably “went south” with that whole “down under” thing.
I think discrimination against something you can only pretend to be, is not so distant from not hiring an actor who plays the part of a Dr. in a movie, when what you’d like to do is hire an actual medical doctor, and then not be fined for not hiring the actor.
I’m not certain I’m permitted to say this in tier 2 Canada anymore.

this is the central core of the issue. we are flooded with ‘go-along-to-get-alongs’ who logically do so the sake of their career and state of employment. 10,000s of them.
so. what to do?
The ‘law’ never should have passed. Truly the most embarrassing period of humanity. Superstitions make more sense.
