At the time of writing, the University of Toronto is listing two separate job openings that are explicitly barred for white men. The school is hiring a researcher that must be “Black-identifying.”
And they are hiring an assistant professor of computational biology that must be either non-white, disabled or identifying “at the current time” as one of the following: Women, trans, nonbinary, Two-Spirit or gender fluid.
Good grief. The leftists woke fools never cease to amaze me.
And here in the American public school system … 5th grade teachers are hired only if they are LGBTQueer or Queer-identifying … and are willing to teach our 11yo boys how to perform fellatio on their boyfriends … with detailed instructions.
Yes, it’s the same concept as hiring a professor ovvvvvv culller. It’s pushing a narrative. It’s pushing reeducation of our Western “suburban” beliefs and sensibilities.
It’s the corruption of our society to the point that even we would cheer to see it destroyed.

I’ve had a vague sense of this: the idea of deliberately manufactured chaos. e.g. the promotion of 200+ “first nations” in BC as a way of making resource development impossible. Imagining Carnage saying: Look, we’ve done our damndest to to get it done but we are stymied by “first nations”.

In Canada, we’ve had no federal, nor provincial leader advocate that, except arguably Dallas Brodie MLA and leader of One B.C.. She is the best qualified intellectually and morally to lead that province out of the morass and the political miasma enveloping that province.
That an Independent Alberta and Saskatchewan would have Equality under the Law and merit in hiring scares the hell out of the corrupt.
Were this my country, and I wished to oppose this practice I’d challenge it based on demographics.
Section 16(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act defines “special programs” as any plan, arrangement, or policy designed to prevent, reduce, or eliminate disadvantages for groups based on prohibited grounds of discrimination. So, 70% of the Canadian population is white. That means, based on the language of the Human Rights Act that 70% of the college faculty should be white. Anything less than that means that minorities are over represented and in violation of the quotas set under this law. So, any job advertised while staff over-represents minorities and under represents whites is in violation of the Federal law.
In short, if you want this nonsense to go away, throw it back in their faces. I’d even go so far as to apply it in an opposite fashion. Let’s say that 75% of the college faculty is white. Then 5% of the whites on staff need to be eliminated immediately. Make them live by the rules only meant to display DEI. Ram it down their throats.
Funny, isn’t it, when governments pretend that they are the only ones who are allowed to discriminate yet they are the cause of most of the discrimination. The “amelioration clause” is an absolute joke and should never have been adopted.
So 70% of the college faculty would be competent and selected/hired based on merit. The other 30%, not so much.
Well, if a man can “identify” as a woman, whites can sure as hell “identify” as a black.
