This Iranian warship thought it was safe in international waters. It wasn't.

Mark Levin interviews Steve Witkoff “where he lays out in detail for nearly 40 minutes, the shocking information and events that occurred during the three meetings with the Iranian regime’s negotiators, and not a single so-called major news outlet reports on it.”

Update: Kurdish forces in Iraq have launched a ground military offensive into Iran against the Islamic regime, an Iranian Kurdish official tells @i24NEWS_EN
.

Free US Navy target practice.
Do Iranians swim well?
The UK torpedoed and sunk an Argentine ship during the Falkland War.
“The UK torpedoed and sunk an Argentine ship during the Falkland War.”
Since he was speaking of the US Navy both before and after that statement, he probably didn’t feel the need to specify that he was talking about the first such sinking by a US warship.
Maybe the captain just wanted to save himself and crew by staying the hell away from the war.
Possibly, but it was returning from the International Fleet Review 2026 held in India.
Participating ships listed here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ships_present_at_International_Fleet_Review_2026#Foreign_participants
Whether the ship was returning home, or just sailing around looking for a safe port (like the Graf Spee?) I don’t know.
Perhaps her captain had visions of sailing towards the US fleet and emulating HMS Glowworm?
Probably trying to put some distance between itself and the Arleigh Burke destroyer that was at the same review… That probably drove it into the waiting sub.
The Pinckney wasn’t at the review, it left on the 11th.
Said captain could have given every man a white flag, towel, tshirt etc.
That tub went down faster than GYM’s mom on rent day.
That’s uncalled for!
LOL

Thee olde bitch was a bible pounder like you, and I had no use for her since I was about 4 years old, so slag away, no skin off my ass.
Is that what has warped your small mind? You sound like De Niro.
NMGEH911 has mommy issues, imagine my complete lack of surprise…
And confirms that NMGEH911 is GYM. Some shit you just can’t wipe off your shoes. Piss stain.
I am trying to understand how the US can be world policeman. And I ask this as a conservative who sees the good that Trump is doing domestically. Yes Iran was close to a nuclear weapon but does that allow another country to take them out? Really trying to understand how this can be moral.
Iran declared war on the USA in 1979 and has been continuing to wage that war ever since. Every embassy attack, Marine barracks attack, every airliner brought down, every ship attacked, every terrorist attack around the world they sponsored someone else to do, every one of them, was an act of war. Took this long for someone in the US to do something about it.
Just for clarity. I did a search of Iran declared war 1979. It was on DuckDuckGo.
I fully expected the first result to be by a lying fact-checker with the title:“No, Iran did not…” Instead, the top results were various entries discussing Iran being at war with the US since 1979.
Yep. People have short memories. The mullahs who seized power in Iran have been bullying other countries in the Middle East and across Africa for decades. What’s happening now is pure Karma delivered courtesy of Donald Trump. I wouldn’t have voted for this, nor would I have recommended it given the disastrous history of regime change in the Middle East, but I can’t say I don’t support it. I just hope like hell it works. The a-holes in charge of Iran deserve it. And the Iranian people deserve to be free of them.
To answer your question….yes. It does allow another country to take them out especially when that other country is the target. It is not only moral but absolutely necessary.
The morality of this action is something philosophers and politicos can debate from the safety of academia later. There is such a thing as a nuclear non-proliferation treaty. All that rules-based order globalists expound on. A pragmatic way to look at it: A theocratic regime that has an openly genocidal agenda waiting to set off the end of times through their own version of Armageddon and that has been chanting death to America for 47 years. Appeasement and bribery has not worked. Some people are just assholes that have it coming.
The Iranian regime has been acting through proxies for so long. Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the short bus relatives in Iraq and Yemen. Other administrations, the UN and most of the world has been pretenting not to see who is behind those proxies. I always thought this was B.S. Clausewitz defines war as “an act of violence to compel our opponent to fulfill our will” and terrorism fits the definition. Terrorism is just anothe tool, another strategy to wage war. Iran has been waging war against many countries and particularly the US since 1979. It’s about time somebody called this B.S.
“The Iranian regime has been acting through proxies for so long. Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the short bus relatives in Iraq and Yemen.”
That is more than enough reason, right there. It’s about time someone went after the actual *source* of all that terrorist activity.
Pappy G, Iran also provided safe haven and training for many top al-Queda leaders and operatives.
“Iran is our main artery for funds, personnel, and communication…”

“I am trying to understand how the US can be world policeman.”
Not the world policeman, it is defense.
Ships have a bunch of flags that they fly which declare their intentions.
If the target ship had flags showing it was still in service to the government of Iran, it is a legitimate target.
“Yes Iran was close to a nuclear weapon”
The U.S. and Russia have thousands of nuclear weapons. None have been used since 1945.
The problem is when a fanatical nation wants only ONE nuclear weapon.
Iran is such a nation. That is why they cannot be allowed to have ONE.
In 1979 The Mullahs declared war on America and Israel. They have been murdering Americans and Jews ever since. Then you throw in their nuclear weapons program.
After 47 years Israel and America had the right leadership with Bibi and DJT, who work together like brothers, and they both finally agreed that they had enough of this crap from the crooked Mullah regime.
After the protests a few month ago in Iran Trump told them he had the people’s backs and told the Mullahs not to harm them. The Mullahs then murdered 40,000 of Iran’s own people.
The Mullahs miscalculated.
It’s all really that simple.
Too late for pearl clutching.
The US can stop being policeman any time it wants.
However, China will gladly take over the role.
I will let “jude” expound on the implications of having Chairman Xi become leader of the “free” world with the Ayatollah in possession of 25-30 nuclear warheads.
Moral? Morality has nothing to do with it. We do it because we can, and because the IRGC has been a threat and a thorn in our side, and this is in our interests. Simple as.
Psssst … the DOD no longer exists. Sorry Rand Paul, but The Monroe Doctrine has always been the correct Doctrine. And in the contemporary era of a connected world … never more urgent!
Rand Paul is a libertarian piece of shyte. Libertarians are more morally corrupt than dems.
“Libertarians are more morally corrupt than dems”
No, they are not.. not even close. They have long been free-trade, and non-interventionist, granted, but they were never suicidal, nor pacifist.. they were America first long before MAGA, and insisted against military adventurism.. like Iraq.. The problem with the libertarians is that they are possibly the most misunderstood and mis-attributed sociopolitical movement in the west. The tedious ‘no true Scotsman’ and purist wing of the big ‘L’ persuasion can be pretty obnoxious, but the flood of old-school classic liberal lefties who fled the snowflake socialist (D) are annoying as well, but the worst addition to try and seize the mantle are the globalist/NWO/ Chamber Of
CommerceChina/RINO crowd that has been pushed out of the GOP, but can’t quite commit to going full Kristol or Nichols. These newcomers are all wrestling over which of them are the purest form of Libertarian. The loudest idiot in the room usually wins.. now.. But the quiet base platform more closely aligned with what the Tea Party/early MAGA claimed to be, than the degenerate left, or the neo-con/war hawk right..squirrel
They are libtardtarians, nothing else, and corrupt plus mostly stupid as hell.
Bollocks
And the Democrats are STILL calling for Diplomatic negotiations to elicit some more empty promises with the shelf life of an Iranian Supreme Leader.
OBongo demands that of his minions
The next Iranian government might want to pick a new slogan instead of “Death to America”. Just sayin’.
Not a good opening statement for “diplomatic negotiations”
Although John F. Kerry mostly agrees with that slogan.
So does most of the Democrat party it seems. I just watched a clip of Biden and that airhead Kamala Harris looking sternly into the camera and saying “Don’t”…..and they did.
Lurch is strangely silent.
Was his cut of the $1.5 Billion bribe being held by his Iranian mullahs?
Say the line, Iran
https://youtu.be/ytVEh0G8m2I?si=kgH08Eo2WJrcKaSJ
Apparently, “we have enough fissile material for about a dozen bombs, infidel.. what are you going to do about it?!” wasn’t a ‘good slogan’ either.. The more you know! I guess..
No New Zealand lesbian skippers were involved?
It’s funny you say that.. on an opposite note.. Earlier I was thinking ‘Why can’t that annoying butch, Retard Thuneberg float on in to the strait of Hormuz on somebody’s yacht, and human-shield some Iranian boats’.. it would make for a fitting end to that obnoxious sh!tbird.. Meanwhile, the last remnants of hummus, hizbollah, and the current ayatollah’s regime sit together in a bunker with the Mossad agents posing as their bodyguards, reflecting .. “Hmm.. maybe funding those asinine, floating butch-orgy junkets to Palestine wasn’t the best use of our money.. Maybe we overestimated the reach and pull of a whiny, commie-cosplaying Scandinavian mongoloid.. Oh well, you live and you learn..”
Stan you win the best wisecrack-of-the-day award.
We should be safe here.
Only the first item I accept as accurate. There is so much trash out there from both sides, that what is actually happening is yet to be verified.Apparently the three F15 were shot down by a Kuwaiti pilot. A Muslim perchance? It seems like a big mistake to repeat three times.
I thought it was a Kuwaiti operated Patriot Missile battery that shot the three F15s down.
Planes might as well be parked in the sky, the difference in speed between the Patriot Missiles and any plane is so huge.
I heard the same about a Kuwaiti F-18, from a pretty good source but they don’t swear it’s 100% accurate. They claim it was Sidewinder missiles. If you look at the F-15s they are relatively in one piece; the sidewinder has a 20 pound warhead. The Patriot: 200 pound. This would explain why pilots survived and the aircraft weren’t turned into rat shit. they went on to explain what the F-15s were doing at the time and what systems failed including the IFF. It is more credible than the Patriot explanation IMHO.
Re: the update link about possible Kurdish involvement. I was happy to see the babe with the AK-47 was not wearing a hijab.
Yes that reminds me of the cute looking Ukrainian female soldiers they had on the glossy brochure a few years ago. I’m sure the Kurds are very progressive.
They are wannabe communists, but they are also well armed, battle tested (repeatedly), and absolutely tired of the mullah’s sh!t.. They are also debateably the most capable irregular force in the region, and when they swarm.. 100% ready, willing, and able to employ extreme violence against our enemies in the current regime to further their goals and ours.. where they overlap, of course.. Good hunting and Godspeed, I say.. The IRGC, and their basij flunkies are in for a treat..
As I said in another comment, I just hope they get all the air support they need.
I do as well, but I’m sure a considerable number of them are veterans of the Syrian campaigns against both Assad, and the current regime, so they ‘ll be able to operate with little outside support.. The lowlife basij scumbags will get no mercy from the peshmerga if they are encountered, and fighting well armed Kurds won’t be a piece of cake, like hosing down unarmed protestors in streets from the back of a technical, or executing the wounded in their hospital beds.. I truly hope the peshmerga find them and deliver Trump’s message, the basij, and their IRGC masters have well earned the brutal deaths they have coming.. ten-fold..
Any news of Iraqi Kurds operating in Iran need to be held to the 72 hour rule. The Kurds aren’t a monolithic bloc. They all have their separate interests based on where they are at and what clans are involved. Right now the Iraqi Kurds have their hands full in Erbil.
These days there’s nothing in the news but Kurds and vey!
“…and not a single so-called major news outlet reports on it.”
Well that is glaringly obvious.
