   3 times now telus has erroeously demanded payment on an account that was closed some time in or before september with a balance of $0.00. IF there were any latent surcharges the account would NOT have been closed now would it? but, 3 times l get emails telling me they gonna make an ‘offer’ to reduce the amount due.
   aaaaaaaaand 3 times l gotta go thru the very very time consuming and aggravating process of put on hold and explain everything to 3 different people.

   2. Telus’ model is complete automation and AI. The complaints used to be about talking to CSRs in India, Philippines, Guatemala, etc, but no more. They are AI.
      Rest assured, not just their competitors, but, all entities are either in this model of service, or well on their way to it.
      After buying out around 10,000 employees over the last 5 years, something is doing the same “jobs”. Notice your bills aren’t going down either. Their share price is getting killed.
      And oh yeah, Telus, the wokest company of all (Liz Sauvé she/her/them), don’t forget, Darren Entwhistle was just awarded UVICs Entrepreneur of the Year. THEE most woke university in Canaderp.

   3. I tried to close my Telus cell phone account. I could not reach a human no matter how many times I tried. When I was able to get the computer to ask if I wanted to talk to an agent and I said yes, the computer said it would send a text message to my land line phone (which doesn’t have texting) and hung up .

      The only way I could get Telus to stop billing me was to cancel my credit card.

   1. All you have to do is talk to any one of the highly intelligent medical professionals with multple letters after their names who is still pushing the “safe and effective” mRNA jab. Vaccinology is a propaganda created religion and if you dare question any aspect of it you are treated by the adherents the way Trump deranged people react to anything Trumpian. My wife was driven out of a group led by leftist types because she insists on quoting the actual facts about the vaccines like absolute risk reduction. Anyone who does stuff like that is automatically and reflexively attacked as spreading misinformation and endangering lives. No rationality or facts permitted contrary to the narrative.

   2. Too few have the ability, for some reason, to just stand back and say, “Wait just a minute.”
      The purpose of inoculation is so that the recipient enhances its immunity from the virus in question. Yet, when the mRNA shot was proven ineffective, the sheeple willingly bleated “It’s to protect us from the unvaccinated!!!”
      Common sense and sufficient intelligence was totally lost. Cult leaders must have been so jealous of how easy the sheeple were converted into the “government is god” religion.

   1. Yup. It’s like how the government of Manitoba has decided Manitobans don’t want to know the facts about convid and the plandemic. So Wab is going to fulfill his election promise of an inquiry into it by putting, Brent Roussin, the guy who led the plandemic fight in Manitoba, in charge of an internal only review, the results of which will not be shared with the public.
