   Nahhhhhh … it had nothing to do with high wages, hence high food costs. Nahhhh … it was the oldy-fashioned mission-style (I’m surprised they didn’t say Christo-colonial) architecture. BTW … look at that MacDonalds interior they say is “new and exciting” … and tell me that’s “inviting”.

6. I think one of the first concepts not in a textbook which should be taught in any high school economics class, is the idea of 2 minimum wages.

   The minimum wage after you’ve found a job at a restaurant and understand the concept of showing up on time, sober, and ready to smile.
   The minimum wage after you’ve insisted the minimum wage should be $20/hour, or advocated for “payroll taxes” as a good idea, or think that tie-dyed purple hair is “pretty” or self affirming.
