Recently, in Philadelphia, a very large 12 year old boy swung at a teacher. The teacher swung back. The teacher was fired. Watch how this story is presented.

Colour me surprised!
Meanwhile in Chicago,

And in Washington DC, a Biden appointed judge orders the National Guard to be sent back to barracks.

Apparently there’s not enough car jackings, muggings, and murders in DC.
The Supreme Court should order that no injunctions respecting presidential powers should be granted without waving it past the the higher court because of recent abuses. A decision on the use of the National Guard to patrol streets and subways can be litigated without stopping the patrols. There is no emergency.
Hahahaha ha ha … the SUPREME COURT ? Actually POLICE their branch of government? The lower courts are behaving like the Democrats in Congress who just invited our entire Armed Services to disobey President Trump’s orders as Commander in Chief. The lower courts are disobeying his Constitutional authority. Funny thing … the SCOTUS is supposed to be the branch that ensures our nation OBEYS the constitution…
What recent abuses? Name the abuses that any court needs to litigate; show where the use of the National Guard has been unlawful.
Then we can discuss the need for any litigation by any court.
Oh, and please show me where there is no emergency — please keep in mind that active duty military has been used historically within the U.S. and for specific reasons with ROE which were far more bellicose than the present situation.
Feral urban ghetto ape.
The comments at The YouTube are leaning in favor of the school teacher by quite a bit. I wouldn’t advocate for hitting the child, however, if the child is near to being a Treyvon Martin sized child, someone needs to sit him down and tell him he can’t hit the other kids in the same way as when they were all 8 years old. If they don’t have the mental control to not do that, maybe a “special school” is in order.
Apparently there needs to be a few hundred “special schools” built across the nation as the lashing out seems to not be abating.
This reform school was closed in the Philadelphia area in 2019 …

Let me guess what this kid learned at home … “It’s mahy body, an I can do wha I wan!”… “
yuu cani’t tell me what’s to do!”
Another episode of single (angry) black mothering … always ends with a bad report. I’d say this kids odds of dying before age 25 just went up 300%.
Recently in my neck of the woods a child in kindergarten came up behind the teacher (who was working with another child) and hit her so hard with a touch pad that she had to be seen by the school nurse as it drew blood (and she was advised to go see a doctor to make sure her injuries weren’t more serious; it was a head injury). Of course, nothing was really done about this.
They don’t necessarily need to be big in order to hurt you.
This is in a very rural area, and the kid in question was a white girl from a middle class family. So that takes out any of the usual suspects presented by the media.
We have a problem with undisciplined children — the school system (and this goes all the way up to the boards of education) have helped to foster this with their new disciplinary rules (thanks Obama); and the teacher’s unions don’t address this either (even though it is one of chief complaints coming from their members, funny that); but the parents also are due their own censure for allowing their children to think this is ok.
I can give plenty of examples.
I will agree that the root issue is indeed children thinking they can do what they want and have never heard the word ‘no’ nor had that word enforced — by anyone.
But it cuts across the entirety of the social strata.
We’re creating monsters — poo throwing gibbons, rabid trash pandas, and neurotic potential psychopaths — inadvertently perhaps, by design maybe. Enough is enough.
“Dey shoulda called for a ambalance”
Nice neck tattoos Fantasia, why does your son have a different last name than you?
His name is Peyton Outlaw. WHY IS HIS NAME “OUTLAW”?
He has been diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).
Mayo Clinic lists symptoms as “frequent and ongoing patterns of anger, irritability, arguing and defiance toward parents and other authority figures. ODD also includes being spiteful and seeking revenge, a behavior called vindictiveness.”
So, this kid is a naturally born asshole and criminal with poor impulse control, a heart full of spite and violence, and a nasty disposition. He looks about as smart as a post. He tries to push past a school employee, takes a swing at the employee, then gets punched in the face. Good. He had it coming.
This kid is a hazard to those around him. He should not be in a mainstream school. He should not be around normal children. It’s like putting an angry bull in a daycare center.
He should be riding the short bus for sure!
good good good!!!! excuuuuuuuuse me, but having been bullied by fully HALF my elementary school teacherrrrs, like being violently struck for losing my place in reading circle (because l learned how to INSTANTLY), or grade 3 oopsie, leave ooooooone letter (‘e’) OFF a word, not jiumbled, not wrong one, just ‘AWOL’ results in being labelled a DUMMY and ordered to write the entire lesson ONE HUNDRED TIMES THAT WILL ‘TEACH’ YOU THE CLASS D-U-M-M-Y or grade 5 miserable spinster stevenson threatening to flunk me “for 2 pins”.
it DELIGHTS me when any of THIS profession wind up on the RECEIVING end of 150 years of beating up the most vulnerable demographic in society.
