    Here’s what I want in the Epstein case – Due Process. No more “survivors” of Epstein being interviewed. I want them on trial, as witnesses who can be investigated and cross examined. I want to know EVERYTHING. If they were “trafficked” by Epstein, then where and how did he hold these girls captive? Were they in locked dungeons? Was he like a sex cult leader who cut them off from ALL family and outside contact? Did he imprison them? Beat them? Sexually violate them?

    Or did the Epstein girls just get paid a shitload of cash to do sexual things to famous men? If they didn’t like what they were doing for Epstein and Maxwell, then why didn’t they just LEAVE? Walk away? Or did they actually get off on it? Get off on the power, prestige and cash? I need PROOF of their ages when they had sex with famous men. I want names and times. This cannot be another nonsensical prosecution like that psycho-woman who accused Trump of raping her in a boutique dressing room. When? She forgets. What year? She can’t remember. What month? Who know? See … the problem is … if they give specific times and dates … famous people keep calendars … and can reliably expose LIES by self-aggrandizing “victims”. A proper trial exposes everyone’s lies.

    These “trafficked” witnesses are all in this for a BIG PAYDAY … several have already gotten paid off. I don’t want any more secret trials. No more hidden testimony. Don’t give me the “child porn” argument. I want it all adjudicated… not just leaked “files” or FBI “interviews”. In public. Full unfettered transparency.

    You see what happened to the government case against P.Diddy when it got televised LIVE!? It turned into a giant JOKE. Cases of baby oil!! He must be guilty! Of something! He beat his girlfriend!! Oh wait, she didn’t press charges? Well … he’s a very very bad man … he’s Trump’s buddy! ..The government didn’t have ANYTHING other than a really rich kinky guy paid a lot of people to have sex parties. Boring. Like Silicon Valley every weekend.

    I want all the Epstein girls. All ages when they first started bedding Epstein clients. And I want their bank books. How much did they get paid? I’ve heard numbers in the half million dollar range. A 14-16 yo girl getting plied with money, luxury, and fame … is old enough to know what they’re doing. No, I’m not blaming the “victim” … I just want ALL the evidence on the table. All of it.

    1. The people who are under the age of “adult” … are children. I know some children may “act like” adults, some of the violent crimes being committed by “children” are incredible.

      But the girls who were used as sex toys for Epstein and other men, regardless of the circumstances which led them there, were children even if they were paid for it (which I doubt they were) … some of the children’s parents may have received payment, but again, underage children not being adults are deemed to not be of the capacity to sign over their right to be and remain as children, even if someone pays them for it… In a weird way, it’s similar to a wife who says it’s fine for her husband to beat her, it’s still against the law regardless of approval or payment, or, “if she likes it that way” …

      1. Tabloid garbage. Nothing should be hidden from view. NOTHING. The US Constitution provides that each person charged with a crime have the right to FACE and to cross examine their accusers. Thus far … we have NO “Johns” being charged … just nebulous “lists” and innuendo.

        Remember … that the now dearly deceased Virginia Giuffre accused Alan Dershowitz of RAPING her … not once, twice or thrice … but SIX TIMES!! Oh … but when she was going to actual trial … she dropped her charges … saying she must have misremembered.

        1. You keep harping on that one case involving Virginia Giuffre as if that’s indicative of what all of them will turn out to be. There were dozens, if not hundreds, of victimized girls and their stories are only slowly trickling out.

          And you say you want to know EVERYTHING, as if your wants trump the wishes of the victims to testify in closed sessions to avoid further victimization, which will happen given the broad interest in the matter in the US and elsewhere.

          Also, if it’s true Epstein worked for a foreign intelligence agency or a domesic one, or both, these girls lives could be further compromised by open court testimony.

            Sure, IF it is true…but it’s highly unlikely. Epstein was a wealthy, brash, loud, attention-seeking playboy who made no secret of his lifestyle and his antics for decades…exactly the opposite of what an actual intelligence agent would do. If he indeed worked for them the CIA or Mossad would never tolerate that kind of scrutiny, in my opinion.

So hundreds of little girls never went to the police after being systematically held against their will and RAPED … repeatedly? Really? And nobody in those girls lives … parents, relatives, friends ever went to the police? Ever reported these rapes?

            Sorry. I have a much higher respect for the intellectual integrity of females. I don’t believe women … nor girls are so weak that they cannot help but be victimized. Repeatedly.

            These “victims” need to take the stand and testify. Sorry, that’s the way our system works. They’re not CHILDREN anymore. The mere idea of anonymous victims giving testimony is disturbing to me. Yeah, yeah … “power imbalance” … so the victims need to be protected. Here’s an idea! PROVE you’re a victim FIRST … with PROOF of your allegations … then we might talk about concealing identities. Just claiming victimhood is absolutely NOT enough. Hasn’t Gloria Allred pretty well proven that to the world?

            Tabloid Trials. Tabloid “Justice” … $Billions in potential payouts is a very strong motivation to claim victimhood. Just ONE bogus victim taints the WHOLE pool of victims … better think about that before the hundreds of victims suddenly start appearing.

            Kindred spirits and all that. And after all he wasn’t out to get military and state secrets from a nervous and wary turncoat as far as we know.

            You don’t necessarily have to operate clandestinely to gain information or blackmail material.

          4. Kenji, Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted and is now in prison after a trial in which three of the four female witnesses were Jane Does. That’s how it works sometimes.

Without seeing and hearing the evidence MYSELF … and hearing her Defense attorneys cross examine the SECRET witnesses … I can’t say she was guilty of anything more than hiring masseuses … just like every Vietnamese massage “therapy” studio in my neighborhood.

            Anyway, what makes you think you are entitled to know every last thing that is said or goes on in a trial. It’s the trial judge that decides what’s in the public realm.

            How do you know it was a kanagroo court proceeding? Show us your research into the matter.

            And how do you know she was only guilty of hiring masseuses. Again show us your research.

            As for what you can or can’t say about Maxwell’s guilt is irrevelant and of no interest.

            And bringing P. Diddy, Comey’s daughter and Stormy Daniels into the discussion is just deflection on your part because you have nothing solid to go on, just your feelings.

            As for not screaming TRANSPARENCY, why would I, I’m not a Yank and don’t care one way or the other what happened to Maxwell.

        2. I agree that all accused should be able to face their accusers, and vice versa… always, including when folks phone the police to report a dog barking at 2 AM.
          and especially in the Epstein case.
          People may testify in court, shown to the accused in court, and known to the media as “Jane Doe”
          and a determination can be made as to guilt.

          I think it’s important to know who paid for this, and who did this.

However after the number of ways they tried to prevent his candidacy and election I am finding it difficult to fathom a reason why they would not have exposed him. So what are the Democrats going to be able to defend if high ranking Democrat members are exposed and held accountable ? That it is vengeance? Are they 10 moves behind in the chess match? Will we ever really know the truth?

Having said that I , I now look at everything with a critical eye knowing every perception may be tainted by manipulation. ” In God we Trust” comes to mind and all others pay cash.
