Okay, I can see the very much adult Saskatoon podcaster having some standing. She is at least and adult and in Saskathcewan, so likely uses power SaskPower produces. But if she lives in certain parts of the city, she could actually be a Saskatoon Light and Power customer.
The National Farmers Union activist farmer, on the other hand, is neither a Saskatchewan resident nor a SaskPower customer, unless he has a very long extension cord from east of Winnipeg to Moosomin.

If carbon dioxide actually had these magical temperature changing abilities, industry would have exploited that ability long ago.

The pod caster and farmer both mention forest fires.
Forest fires are not caused by climate change. They are a natural death to a mature forest, every 80 to 120 years with the boreal forest in Canada. The only way to prevent forest fires is to cut and use the wood before the forests burn.
I can think of at least 15 pulp/paper mills in Canada closed in the last 20 years. I know of at least 1 sawmill also gone. If you don’t cut and use the wood, they will burn.
Ohhhhhhhhhh mommmaaaaaa … I am so sorry to inform you, Davis that all the tribes of all the indigenous communities MUST be consulted and approve the logging of any more forests in Canada. Hence … the noble forests will be protected by the noble, peaceful, natural, native peoples who live in perfect harmony with nature. No more white settler exploitation of mother turtle will be tolerated.

L – The Harper led Conservative gov’t. had a perfect opportunity to hold free and open national debate on: the scientific evidence, the scientific method, economic analysis, done in a civil manner(recall that polite, civil discourse was the mark of British heritage). He even had a M.P.
with a Masters degree in Geology.
If he’d done that the Liberal/NDP/Green Parties would have lost credibility. A precedent would have been set for analyzing the Panic-demic Lockdowns, early outpatient treatment compared to mandating experimental genetic therapy. None of the harms, including doubling the national debt doubled… et al have devastated our once trust society.
The present political, social and economic crisis would require C.P.C. MPs with the courage of a Jordan Peterson holding town halls/podcasts including crime, immigration, Natural Rights and the sovereignty of the individual citizen merely delegating their power temporarily to elected representatives and having the Right of recall. Not going to happen. Only, the Alberta Prosperity Project operates at that level. Every province requires that, Saskatchewan should have that now! It’s the Logos the creates order out of chaos!

Fires are also a normal, expected and unavoidable feature of the Rocky Mountain environment. They must not teach actual science in schools any longer.

The podcaster looked and talked exactly as I had imagined. Basically a useless waste of oxygen suffering a severe case of hypochondria with an overwhelming desire to mind everybody else’s business. I can envision her driving alone in her car (hybrid of course) or riding public transit (or so she claims) wearing a mask. Anyone so profoundly affected by the rantings of the likes of Al Gore whose apocalyptic predictions have all failed to materialize can simply be described as stupid. My patience for stupid people has always been thin but for stupid people who can’t mind their own business and who insist on demanding that others follow suit, my patience simply isn’t there. And as for her grandkids ….. I just so happen to have quite a few also and I worry about their future and not because of so-called global warming. I worry about their future when lunatics such as this podcaster continue to exist and insist on having a severely adverse effect on their future comfort and safety.
