Blacklock’s- Tips On How To Talk To USA

The Canadian Embassy in Washington hired a US$2,000-an hour consultant for tips on how to talk to Americans, records show. It followed then-Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly’s boast that Canadian diplomats had expertise that “goes deep at different levels of American society.”

Signal Group Consulting LLC, a Washington contractor. was hired at US$6,000 plus expenses for three hours’ worth of advice on “interview preparation with a conservative slant,” “right wing message analysis of the Ambassador’s recent TV interviews” and an “explanation of right wing messaging.”

  1. As the Canadians have no clue how to speak conservative? that’s not a surprise, and the $6k may sound like $16 orange juice, really it’s nothing … it isn’t their money, it isn’t some line item from the budget.
They’ve been told it’s wrong to think like a conservative from their days in university and punished for “wrong-think” for much of their lives.
The media they love in Canada tells everyone the USA is wrong on any standard, orange man bad bla bla nonsense as if Canada is some shining light upon the hill of ethical standards.

Still, it’s offensive… my Melitta coffee is now $32/900gm at Superstore. I think there’s a large group of Canadians who are revisiting their moral standards to see how they can make an extra $2k / month to cover what’s been stolen from them by the #Libranos…

    1. ” I think there’s a large group of Canadians who are revisiting their moral standards to see how they can make an extra $2k / month to cover what’s been stolen from them by the #Libranos…”

      Winner!

  2. “The Canadian Embassy in Washington hired a US$2,000-an hour consultant…”
    Where do I sign up?

  3. Communicating and negotiating with Americans is exactly like communicating and negotiating with sane Albertans. No wonder they can’t figure it out.

  4. Canadian politicians and bureaucrats have spent their careers lying, evading, and despising. At this stage in their lives it is a fool’s errand to try to change that behaviour.

  5. The left live in echo chambers of ideological incest and have lost the ability to communicate with those it believes to be subhuman, thus the need for remediative therapy.

    1. Ideological incest. Nice one. So correct, on so many levels. Yeah, the leftists do resemble an inbred Somalian village.

  6. Open letter to Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly. I talk the English. Please. Job now.

  7. THIS is, absolutely, hilarious. I did a dive on the staff at Signal Group Consulting LLC. Surprise! They’re all leftists. Which means, they paid $6,000 to an “advisor” who likely gave advice based on stereotypical bias. Sort of like how a television show like Saturday Night Live always portrays conservatives in a stereotypical fashion, or southerners like incest obsessed morons without any teeth.

I would have paid a lot of money to sit in on that meeting. I’ll bet is was comedy gold.

  8. Well…. if y’all keep putting off separation the more likely you will be ceded to the U.S. or maybe China for a fee which will go to Ottowa.
If you’d rather have a go on your own, you better get off the boat now and start rowing like hell so you don’t get sucked under. (Gradually Then Suddenly) Divestment is like the sound of bulkheads blowing just before the ship rapidly goes under. Alberta, Saskatchewan, Northwest & Yukon Territories,
Should immediately band together (and Nunavut if they’re willing) Greater Canada, and The Lesser Canadas.
    God’s speed.

    1. The question to be put to AB is before a judge in order to decide if it meets his standard.
It’s expected he’ll decide in the affirmative sometime in October or November, then go to those collecting signatures. They will have 120 days to do that, and I expect the provincial gov’t to schedule a referendum sometime in the springtime of 2026

There isn’t a way of speeding this up, a unilateral declaration lacks legitimacy, lacks “the voice of the people” via a free and secure vote.
      So, we wait.

I hope Sask. joins with us, I don’t know how their pursuit of this is going, but they do have an active group advocating for separation.

      1. I hope I’m wrong, but this is what I suspect will happen. Right now the Judge is determining if the language of the Referendum is sufficient to determine meaning/ purpose of the results. That’s fine…Good even.

But, I think your Federal Govt. is going to submarine it by waiting until the 120 day signature collection activates and file suit citing the “Clarity Law.” They will say the Courts have to determine what constitutes a “clear majority” and, also, what constitutes the “clear will of the people.” These are the vague terms instituted into that law by the House of Commons to assure that the Courts would decide the fate, or at least, delay it so as to damage the momentum of the movement(s).

I would be much more optimistic that such a move wouldn’t work if I was convinced that Danielle Smith actually supported the secession. She, however, has gone on record stating that, personally, she does not, but would not stand in the way of the people. That’s political speak for “I won’t be doing you any favors.” And, one such favor would be removing the Federal govt. from the decision making (or sabotage) process.

Face it. Eastern Canada cannot afford to let Alberta leave.
