When The FBI Does It, That Means That It’s Not Illegal

Fox News Exclusive;

Attorney General Pam Bondi directed her staff Monday to act on the criminal referral from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard related to the alleged conspiracy to tie President Donald Trump to Russia, and the Department of Justice is now opening a grand jury investigation into the matter, Fox News Digital has learned.

Bondi personally ordered an unnamed federal prosecutor to initiate legal proceedings and the prosecutor is expected to present department evidence to a grand jury, which would allow the department to secure a potential indictment, according to a letter from Bondi reviewed by Fox News Digital and a source familiar with the investigation.

A DOJ spokesperson declined to comment on the report of an investigation but said Bondi is taking the referral from Gabbard “very seriously.” The spokesperson said Bondi believed there is “clear cause for deep concern” and a need for next steps.

America This Week is a good watch today on this, as always. In particular, spend a few minutes with this segment reviewing an Obama interview in December 2016.

  1. so. all youse crying ‘where’s Bondi on this?’ here’s yer answer; doin it all legal like.
getting the ducks lined up. no slip ups, no legal loopholes created. the precision
of a laser guided missile working in conjunction with a GPS capable drone.
guess who’s the missile and who’s the drone.

if this pans out like l hope it will be unprecedented. watergate will look like a
momentary case of the runs by comparison.

  2. “Word on the street” is that the Grand Jury is going to be “sitting” in Florida. NOT the District of Columbia. I’ll bet someone (if not multiple people) are regretting their raid of Mar-A-Lago.

  3. I am one of the many awakened that is getting impatient for the final group of normies to awake from their slumber, those wiser than me believe that the US needs around 70% of the public to realize what’s really been going on for the last few decades, but in particular since 2015. The patriots can’t move forward with the rest of the disclosures and the justice faze until we get maximum awakeness. We’re not there yet but getting close, in the meantime those of us that don’t have sleep in our eyes, must endure the latest recycled news about, Russia collusion hoax, Epstein, stollen elections, the corrupt Fed Bank and so on. I can tell from many of the comments here that a lot of well meaning people aren’t up to speed yet, we will wait for you but hurry it up a little please.

    1. Since the bought MSM can’t be bothered to cover this, most of the public will never learn what happened. Now of course, if there were to be a few pre-dawn raids on Obama properties, (or Hillary or Brennan) maybe that would make some people curious. For now we have to endure the Sweeney scandal.

    2. lm curious how the ‘mood of the nation’ all that hard to pin transigent stuff has so much bearing on decisions of what is clearly laid out, as to do we proceed?
why is it necessary to ‘float those balloons’?
but there it is, ‘trial by media’ we can all cite well publicized examples.
so lets sit back with the popcorn and watch how murdoch’s crew ‘sell’ this. or not.

  4. There is a Washington Post article which says 99% of federal grand juries result in indictments.

I think it may be above 90% when it gets to a courtroom as well.
The Washington Post wants me to sign up to be able to read the article, I only need the percent noted.
Other results were from Yahoo News, and Reddit. Neither of which am I a member of…
