New Dictatorship, Same As The Old Dictatorship

Lawyerlisa;

Here is the letter Eva Chipiuk received July 17, 2025. She shared it on her LinkedIn profile. RBC Royal Bank is de-banking a Canadian hero.

EVA is now outside “client risk appetite.”

Who is EVA?

Well here she is cross examining former Prime Minister Trudeau in the Public Order Commission. The POC came out of the Emergency Act which debanked Canadians for donating to the trucker convoy.

  1. Just when I thought Canada couldn’t fall further into an abyss, I read this Canadian banking news.

None of this will be resolved until ALL 184 Members of Parliament that voted to impose MARTIAL LAW in Canada are executed for TREASON. All-of-them!

The Trump administration is right to tariff Canada. Now, they need to place VISAs on all Canadians entering the USA. Canada had become an EVIL country run and voted in by elite minorities with the morals of Stalin.

    1. None of this would have happened in the first place if we had had a Conservative Party that gave a shit about rights and freedoms. I see nothing that signals a change in that status quo. So it’s no surprise that the oppressions continue.

      1. ” So it’s no surprise that the oppressions continue.”

        None at all, Jamie.

        Lawsuit. BIG lawsuit.

        1. Fred, again you like (or is it need) to pretend we have anything other than Librano kangaroo courts in Canada. The courts are part of the apparatus, not a check on it. Shithole.

          1. True. But when at least 80 percent of the electorate doesn’t give a shit about liberty, you cant expect the politicians or the courts or any major institutions to worry very much about it.

          2. And a great many “Canadians” prefer to be disarmed b/c they feel “safer” when helpless.

          3. “Fred, again you like (or is it need) to pretend we have anything other than Librano kangaroo courts in Canada. ”

I like to think there are Canadian judges that don’t support the Liberals and would be angered by this kind of thing, yes.

          4. It pains me to see my Canadian neighbors & friends put up with this blatant abuse of their rights. You’re like frogs being slowly boiled (no French slur intended). How long will Canadians allow this to continue?

      2. Yes agreed , Poilievre never mentioned freedom of speech in a meaningful way during the campaign. Personally , I don’t ever recall him mention it at all during his campaign. In fact during COVID he forced 3 of his MP’s , who attended Christine Anderson’s (EU MEP) speech in Ottawa , to publicly grovel for their sin of attending Anderson’s freedom of speech presentation.

If Poilievre had won , I doubt he would have been a Conservative savior.

Here is a short clip from the speech …
Christine Anderson: If You Want to Know How 1930s Germany Happened, Just Look at the Past 3 Years
        https://rumble.com/v2lwdv8-christine-anderson-if-you-want-to-know-how-1930s-germany-happened-just-look.html

        1. Poilievre made a tactical error going after Anderson. It was like he responded to fast before getting better informed about Anderson. She is no far right fascist,
She’s a grounded politician who see’s what’s happening and is there for the people.
Maybe he wanted to get out in front on that story but he needs to make a correction.
Good people on the right need all the friends they can get.
He should also be trashing the CBC when ever he can.

    2. Down the memory hole. It was all members of parliament , save one who refused unanimous consent by showing up in and dissenting. We were that close to a total dictatorship. I don’t recall the MP’s name and last time I searched it, I didn’t find it.
As for banks – That is someone who wants to lend you an umbrella and demands it back at the first hint of a cloud. I learned early on you must establish yourself with more than one financial institution. Banks have no integrity. However, in this case, dealing with numerous may not even solve it.
In any case, to me it is appearing more and more likely an impending financial crisis will be the catalyst for central bank digital currency and total control. Welcome to the hunger games.

      1. good grief. so lm not the only one sees this coming?
l handed out a 1 page description of a scenario where cash is eliminated,
we use digital credits for purchases, all transactions are logged,

  2. Not one to issue online spankings but if you’re still dealing with any of Canada’s big 5 banks…you may be part of the problem.
It’s important to note they weren’t asked nor were they ordered to debank convoy miscreants…they offered. That’s a pretty big enchilada right there.
There’s a three syllable obscenity I use for people like that but I’ll keep it to myself.

  3. David I. McKay – CEO of RBC. Annual (taxable) compensation – $26,000,000.00
I suspect ‘that’ is where the ‘risk’ lies.

  4. From the World of Entertainment – an idea:

RBC has 95 branches/ATMs in the US including Florida. Perhaps a similar lawsuit filed in FL would reap similar results for Eva Chipiuk as I feel pretty sure that RBC wouldn’t want the Trump Administration sniffing around their DEI books.

Of course, this would be judge shopping but it’s a very effective strategy of the progressive Left.

    1. “Perhaps a similar lawsuit filed in FL would reap similar results for Eva Chipiuk as I feel pretty sure that RBC wouldn’t want the Trump Administration sniffing around their DEI books.”

I don’t think it would even take much sniffing. Just the fact that ALL of Canada’s major banks have recently demonstrated that they will, at the snap of a finger, cheerfully do the dirty work for governments that despise liberty might be enough for Trump to have some serious thoughts about their continued operation in the U.S. of A.

  6. Oh, sure. Now that they’re coming for the bloodsucking lawyers this suddenly becomes an issue. Where were all the f’ing lawyers when Freedom Convoy protesters’ bank accounts were being frozen?

You’ll find “sympathy” in the dictionary somewhere between “shit” & “syphilis”.

      1. I do believe they really started to panic when the bouncy houses went up on the front lawn of Parliament and the truckers didn’t get bored and go home after Day 1.

When Lefties do this crap they bus in a big crowd that sticks around for the photo-op, #Pantifa burns a couple of cop cars and then they all go home. That’s because it is ASTRO-TURF and they’re only getting paid for one day.

Truckers stayed because they were all going to go broke. Make the stupid pr1cks fix the regulations or lose your truck, and your job. Maybe your house too. Not a hard decision.

Not to mention the MASSIVE demonstrations that were going on in Toronto every single week, thousands of people walked around Queens Park every Saturday (possibly Sunday, can’t remember) to protest the Covid lockdown BS. That would be thousands of non-#Pantifa, unpaid, actual p1ssed-off Normies.

What did the government settle on as the reason to call out the Army? Diagolon, and one guy with a Nazi flag that they probably sent out there themselves. Diagolon, to remind the short-memory Left, was a meme that Jeremy MacKenzie made up on his phone for a laugh. Jeremy MacKenzie is a -comedian- by the way, he makes up funny sh1t for a living. It’s the diagonal conservative country that stretches from Alaska across the Canadian West and down to Florida. Joke.

Wikipedia STILL lists Diagolon this way: “Diagolon is a Canadian alt-right organization, conceived by podcaster Jeremy MacKenzie. The US Department of State’s Bureau of Counterterrorism has called it a far-right extremist group. It was mentioned in news coverage of the Canada convoy protest.”

Yeah, it was mentioned in the House of Commons as a clear and present danger to the nation of Canada, despite the RCMP itself declaring it was a meme some fat guy made up on his phone for a laugh.

        Otherwise known as “panic.”

They’re afraid of us because they plan to do some very bad things here. So bad that if we find out before they do it, things will get spicy. For example, does anybody think the boomers are going to vote for a party that taxes their home values away from them?

That’s the only thing they own that’s worth anything. They’ll go nuts. It’ll make the Freedom Convoy look like a block party.

        1. nope.
the liberalism in them is too deep.
that confounded impenetrable thing called the human psyche in them is profoundly deeply entrenched in liberalism. they will rationalize better to ‘risk’ (nah, they wouldnt do that after our support all these years and terms of office. would they?) losing their main asset than risk those terrible conservatives in office.
maybe after all the damage is done and they wake up?

    1. In 2022 her bank account was frozen because she supported the Freedom Convoy.

There are lawyers that believe in truth and justice.

    2. If the government and compliant banks will do this to a lawyer, it will do it to anyone. This now makes it an issue for certain people, i.e. we, to get proper legal representation. Will this now mean that cases wil have to be thrown out because the defendants, i.e. we, cannot get a lawyer?

  7. As a supporter and admirer of Trump and holding PP in distaine I blame Trump for CC (crooked carney)

    1. Still not Trump’s fault. As soon as the Turd was out the “Elbows Up!” retards were back supporting the Lieberals. The blame goes with the approximately 60% of the population that permanently leans left. It will always vote Lieberal, Dipper or Watermelon. It will never vote for anyone right of centre.

      1. “Still not Trump’s fault. As soon as the Turd was out the “Elbows Up!” retards were back supporting the Lieberals.”

Yeah, it was all the excuse they needed. Trump does what he does and says what he says, and it is sometimes hard to know whether he is serious or joking. Annexing Canada was not a serious remark, but it gave the desperate Liberals a lifeline, and they took it. Poilievre should have countered with the truth instead of mindlessly jumping on the TDS bandwagon…

        1. the Donald played Canaduh ‘like a fiddle’. lm convinced he calculated Carnage cd likewise be played like the same fiddle, but in his estimation not PP.
look whut we got. the pm that Trump wanted. got that Canaduh? ye who
consume steady diet propaganda via Cdn Broadcasting Pravda.

………………………………..YA FELL FOR IT WAKE THE HELL UP

        2. “Annexing Canada was not a serious remark”
If Canada is seen sliding into China’s sphere of influence as it appears what the WEF puppets want, that may end up being a very serious remark.
The US will never let China gain a foothold in the Arctic.

        1. “Canada has no one right of center to vote for. Shithole.”

We do, on occasion…but they never stand a chance against the combined might of the Liberals/NDP and the bought-and-paid-for Canadian news media.

  8. Have there been any cases of lawyers who act for the Liberals or leftists having this done to them?
Any of the Greens, NDP, or BQ folks care to chime in?

Perhaps those folks could shed some light upon what the RBC intends as “client risk appetite” … that’d be helpful.
Is “client risk” something that could be applied to the left? I feel “risk” at every moment I speak or have contact with anyone in gov’t.

Sean Feucht, preaching, singing, that sort of thing which regularly goes on in churches, seems to have found that he’s a risk as well. “Preaching without a permit” doesn’t apply to the islamic terrorists supporters in Canada?
    https://x.com/seanfeucht/status/1949105947483250797

When church groups were feeding homeless people in downtown Calgary, across the street from City Hall while Mayor Nenshi presided, that was a problem too, mostly that there was singing and preaching as well as free food…
Is the way forward, the best insurance of all in Canada, to simply buy a #Librano Party of Canada membership and flash it at the police when they come round to take names?

I don’t think that’d work for Eva Chipiuk, as she was the one asking perfectly reasonable questions of the PM.
She’s a pancreatic cancer survivor, also owns an organic type cafe and yoga studio in Edmonton, are these risks?

Eva Chipiuk made an appointment to move her banking to ATB, Alberta Treasury Branch, is an Alberta only bank, regulated by the province of AB and not Gov’t of Canada, and just prior to that meeting, it was cancelled via email, no real explanation aside from “risk”.
So, she moved to Bow Valley Credit Union. I don’t know if asking the PM questions, owning a cafe and a yoga studio is considered “risky” by BVCU. Maybe take this day by day…

  9. That letter is a disgusting pile of lies.

    It is outright fraud.

She should sue and torture them for years and years, making as much of the material public as is possible.

  10. Eva Chapiuk’s Thursday summation of “how’s your week going?”
    https://x.com/echipiuk/status/1948397293318857004

“Recap of events in Canada this week, and it’s only Thursday!

In Ottawa, the sentencing hearing resumed for Tamara Lich and Chris Barber. After being found guilty of mischief earlier this year, the Crown is now seeking 7 years in prison for Tamara and 8 years for Chris.

The defence is calling this what it is: cruel and unusual punishment. They’re asking for leniency, including an absolute discharge for Chris, citing their lack of criminal records and the fact that this was a peaceful protest rooted in Charter-protected rights.

This was not a violent uprising. It was a protest sparked by unprecedented government overreach into personal autonomy. Yes, it was loud. Yes, it was disruptive. But blame lies squarely with elected officials and police for the massive mismanagement that let it escalate. Canadians were standing up to decisions that deeply affected their lives, livelihoods, and freedoms.

So how did a protest, resulting in minor criminal charges, turn into the threat of nearly a decade in prison?

Also this week, Parks Canada revoked permits for an American Christian musician set to perform at national historic sites. Why? “Public safety concerns” tied to his political views. Since when do affiliations justify cancelling music in public spaces?

Then, a man in Nova Scotia was removed from an Air Canada flight for wearing a T-shirt showing a real photo of former PM Trudeau in blackface. Offensive? Maybe. Illegal or untrue? No.

To top it off, the federal vaccine injury compensation program has now been exposed for what it really is: a bureaucratic nightmare and, frankly, a fraud on the people it was supposed to help. Years later, most injured Canadians still haven’t seen a cent.

And once again, RBC froze my bank accounts—citing vague “risk concerns.” Just like 2022. No charges. No hearing. No explanation.

This is not about whether you supported the protest or not. It is about principle. It is about fairness, due process, the rule of law and the kind of Canada we want to live in.

What kind of country is this becoming—and are we okay with it?”

    1. Bow Valley Credit Union to the rescue…

      https://x.com/echipiuk/status/1948121314293879150

When the AB pension people decide they’re going to withdraw their pension funds from Canada, to have contributions flow to an AB pension fund, and be disbursed from there, how do you think the chartered banks are going to deal with that? How is Ottawa going to make life difficult for those wanting “less Ottawa” in their lives?
This, but for 5 million people, not one, not a few, not only the folks who hate #Libranos, but for all of the east…

    2. “What kind of country is this becoming—and are we okay with it?”

Normies will all be okay with it… until it finally happens to -them-. Because Normies are stupid and never do anything unless Reality (TM) stabs them in the @$$ with a fork. They slept through Covid, didn’t they?

  11. Its only going to get worse.
Authoritarians in power don’t soften or modify, they harden and fortify, double down and clamp down.
Resistance only convinces them to do more and do it harder.
It certainly isn’t worth sacrificing everything when so many family, friends and neighbors are card-carrying Statists.
The corrupt Shithole is going to get shittier.

    1. My solution?

I’m going to join ANTIFA. Because as their moniker states … they’re anti-FASCIST! And this bank and the LAWS they claim to be following are PURE FASCISM. So … I’m going to mask-up, dress in all black and start tagging buildings, carrying the backpack of quasi-legal lethal weaponry, use bear spray on police, hide behind umbrellas, shoot commercial fireworks at police, burn shit, smash store windows, loot stores, beat opponents with steel rods, rain bricks on police vehicles, block the streets and jump on the cars and windshields of anyone who honks their horn at us, throw frozen-solid milkshakes, run amok and riot whenever some leftist agency does something I don’t like. I might even swing the edge of my skateboard at counterprotestor heads.

What? What’s wrong with that? I’ll be anti-FASCISM … which the FBI says is a “concept” not an actual organization … so I’ll be safe … the government will protect me … right?

Yes, my satire is “funny” … but make no mistake … the counter Revolution to Government sanctioned Fascism hasn’t even started. But it will. Oh yes … it will. And I believe it’s just getting started in Britain. The quiet normies are awakening to the box they’ve had erected around them.

      1. But, you’re not on the Antifa roster. Only official – i.e. paid by the government – members may do what you suggested.

  12. The RBC will happily manage accounts for people who openly call for killing all Jews.

Apparently they fit in with the RBC risk profile.

    1. “The RBC will happily manage accounts for people who openly call for killing all Jews. ”

      Shameful.

  13. L – “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely” – Lord Acton

We’ve identified the problem. So far the Bow Valley Credit Union is going to be gaining business
as people realize how little banks respect property rights and the Charter. Property Rights are
Under provincial jurisdiction, as are Credit Unions, though some want to go under federal jurisdiction, clearly a bad sign. The Lockdowns and the War Measures Act 2.0 are still in effect.

This story needs to go viral fast.

  14. Who she represents, and what she represents probably has some bearing on this result. BUT, I’m going to guess that the primary basis for terminating her account is because she is very active in the Cryptocurrency market. Banks, absolutely, hate the potential risk, and a financial system outside of their control.

  15. If my memory serves me the last time they pulled a stunt like this via seizing the Convoy’s supporters accounts people who banked there took a run at the bank via pulling their money out. I hope that happens again.

  16. It is time to let American banks enter the Canadian banking market. As Canadian banks operate in the United States, turnabout is fair play.

Once American banks establish a presence, marketing forces will cause Canadian banks to step away from the “de-banking” lever. American banks operating in Canada will apply American notions of fair play to their Canadian customers. You will not see a Canadian get their account frozen or terminated due to Canadian politics.

Failure to allow American Banks into the Canadian marketplace should be good for a 25% tariff.

    1. If anyone questions the direction of the Canadian banking industry, below are two links on the subject. The first link is dated 2021.
