Perhaps. But just because there’s no law saying courts can revoke pardons, doesn’t mean US judges, many of whom love to make new laws, won’t take on this case.

Another thought. Even if the pardons cannot be overturned, perhaps the process is the punishment.

I wonder if Congress should call each of the pardonees to testify with respect to exactly what crimes they committed, for which they were pardoned.

I think the signer of such presidential pardons should be tasked with at least remembering who he’s pardoned.
It’s been a few months though. I doubt the signer of these pardons would have remembered who he has pardoned by the afternoon of 21.February
