But is the music AI generated? I asked a professional musician about this and he responded that there are a lot of computer generated sounds going on. But I’m wondering if even the main female voice is completely generated by a computer. Thoughts?

Zero information about “redneck widows” or their male version “vibefoundry” besides the handful of youtube videos. Just appeared out of nowhere a month ago. No names of band members. No producers. no record company. No upcoming shows at the hometown bar. No hometown. Just a bunch of generic slop about the south.

That makes sense. I watched, thought it was fun…then watched a second one and noticed that they don’t seem to be actually playing those guitars.
Just look at the hands and the faces. They’re shockingly unrealistic.

I would guess it is, just from listening for 30 seconds. There is a way to tell, you run the audio through a frequency analyzer and see if it was pitch-corrected. If the singer hits every note right on the tick, then it’s artificial. Real humans don’t hit the notes clean like that.
No way to know if the tune and lyrics were coughed up by an LLM, but given the tone of it I’d say it was likely. Kind of screams “no investment” to me. Like every other friggin’ pop song for the last 10 years.
I’ve seen spectral analysis of some singers on the Wings of Pegasus YouTube channel. Karen Carpenter hit every note.
