13 Replies to “An NDP Poll Goes Horribly Wrong”

  1. I feel it’s important within the NDP to formally state that the former leader of their party, Former Sask Premier Lorne Calvert, didn’t have anything to do with this poll, nor was the poll manipulated in any way by party insiders. Unlike that one time…

A nod to reading about this in The Leader Post to which I began “ABC” always be commenting at SDA the day after seeing this.

    1. Exactly. All parties treat working folks with the same contempt.

“Just shut up and line up every 4 years like a good little serf, make your X, and then just f.o. and leave us alone with our squeaky wheels and rich arse-lickers.

  2. Never done Paying.
Sure they claim its New Democrat Party, but they are Progressive’s,who lie by default.
Their politics of envy have finally made their pet voters just vote Liberal..why bother with Socialists when you can go direct to communism?

Funny how every group with “Democrat or Democracy in its title hates direct democracy.

We have had the technology for direct votes on all government stupidity..I mean laws, since the Meech Lake fiasco..
Where Ottawa learnt that Direct democracy is the last thing they want.
Remember the snit fit our “betters” threw when the Meech Lake Accord got tossed?

And the referendum laws got one thing right..The question must be clear..

So our Progressive Comrades cannot organize a referendum..As deceit is what they do..
If they stopped lying and had to tell the truth they would not get one vote..

  3. The NDP in the 80’s were cut from a different cloth. Many of them then, when being informed about the inequities in CON-federation at WCC town halls (where the media couldn’t distort the message) became compelled to change their allegiance away from the agrarian party.
It has been acknowledged by Devine MLA’s that although the WCC message moved these (NDPer’s) they recognized the WCC wasn’t ready to form government, they abandoned the NDP and voted for Devine.

“Today the problem is knowing so much that’s ain’t so.”

  4. So as one might expect, the makers and builders want to leave; the parasites want the status quo.

    1. Canada’s leading export are its best, brightest, and most likely to succeed.

      1. When more people realize then bullshit lies Carney is peddling will do nothing for Canada but will line the pockets of Brookfield at the cost of or living standards, there will be a mad dash to the US by many.
The only way Canada can recover from 10 years of Liberal incompetence and criminal activity is pipelines and LNG terminals. That’s it.

  5. So as typical, they don’t understand that some people want the referendum simply as a vent to allow to be heard, but the NDP knows better than anyone else, so it should never be considered.

  6. It doesn’t go nearly wrong enough. There is not enough courage in Canada to do anything but go down with the ship. Some of the sheep try to frame it as patriotism, but it is cowardice. True patriotism is to support radical change, the status quo is not an option, it will fail.
