back in the days of bill davis, l suggested, from what l knew about polling companies, strategies, agendas, polllitiSHUNS, that perhaps, (never found out that it was true, but . . . . ) a possible strategy would be to keep polling, keep polling keep polling, all ‘legitimate like’ until, because of the ‘1 time in 20’ its way off, and THEN you get the desired result and THAT is the poll you publish.
